It's very spacious and there's an area in the back to put your belongings so everything is secure. Michelle made me feel so welcomed my first time. Though it was scary, and at many times I felt lost, she made sure to guide me while still being attentive to all the other students. I think its ok but I just might try something different or harder and classes are crowded for me i went to one that was quite full and didnt get any individual help, but another class I went to was better, again i think its 1-2 specific instructor can be less attentive/not helpful and 1 or 2 that are.

My favorite is Friday and Sundays which are total body days. Saturdays are typical upper body focus and other days are ass and abs, lower body focus etc. the instructors here are all friendly and energetic. The classes are all 50 mins long and you alternate between the floor and the tread mills. I love that they give a range of speed to walk/run, depending on how you feel that day and how much you want to challenge yourself. Overall, love the classes! They also have a smoothie bar that you can order from prior to class start. When class ends, you can swing by and pick up your smoothie. The classes can get pricey if you do drop in classes, but they do have promotions 2-3 times a year where you can buy class packs with no limit.

Locker room is pretty small, especially after I just visited the Castro and Marina studios. It's fairly clean and the class I went to was half-full, so I didn't have to share my tread or floor spot. The wipes are also easily accessible! However, it seems like they have less bands compared to other locations. As I mentioned, the class wasn't even close to being packed, but there was only 1 light band left when I got to the station. Parking is plentiful as it's situated inside Stanford Mall, but you should still allow yourself ample time to get from the garage to the studio.

Unfortunately, F45 Sunnyvale feels like a major outlier -- and not in a good way. I'm genuinely surprised this studio is still operating under the F45 name, because the experience here doesn't reflect the same standards I've come to expect. Trainers at this location don't demonstrate exercises live, they just mirror the video playlist from an iPad onto the TV screen and leave it at that. One coach in particular gave off the impression of being completely new to the F45 environment -- they didn't look or carry themselves like a trainer at all, and there was no engagement or technique correction throughout the session. It made the class feel unstructured and even unsafe at times. The equipment and studio upkeep also leave a lot to be desired. The space feels gritty and worn down, lacking the clean, energized environment that most F45s provide. I couldn't help but compare it to F45 Branham Park or F45 Mountain View, which are both far superior in terms of coaching, energy, and maintenance -- and they're priced similarly. If you're thinking of trying F45, do yourself a favor and explore one of the other nearby studios. Sunnyvale's location simply doesn't deliver on the brand promise, and I walked away feeling like I wasted both my time and money.

One of the biggest issues has been the constant turnover of trainers. Several have disappeared without any communication to members. Along with that, the training schedule has been very inconsistent, which makes it hard to stay on track. For me, building trust and a solid relationship with a trainer is essential to getting the best results. Having to repeatedly adjust to new trainers, while they also have to relearn my limitations and goals is frustrating and disruptive to progress. What's even more concerning is the lack of response from management when these issues are brought up. From conversations I've had, other members are feeling the same way. It gives the impression that there isn't much care for employees, and that ultimately impacts the member experience. I really wanted to like this gym, but the inconsistency and lack of communication have me reconsidering renewing my contract.
