THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I am absolutely furious. I have called and called the store at least 15 times over the past three weeks at different times of the day and my call is NEVER answer. I wish to exchange/return a poor quality wallet I purchased from this store but I can't get in touch with them so ... what am I to do? Live my life with a a VERY expensive wallet that is crumbling in my hands??? The paint is rubbing off and the Medusa head is also turning color. What's worse is that customer service has been even more useless. They just told me to contact the store for my inquiry ... which is what I have been trying to do. If I could give 0 stars I WOULD!. I've been shopping at Versace for years now and I've never been treated so RUDELY before!. I was trying on differently clothes and shoes & took a picture to see which one looks best on me so I can purchase a whole outfit from head to toe. Supposedly the female "manager" with short black hair and glasses started throwing rude comments at me. She said, "I hope those pictures make you some money" and that I'm not allowed to see what the clothes look like on me in pictures so I can see all angles before purchasing. She also stated, "I don't think you can afford those"... little did she know I was about to purchase a whole outfit... So I just walked out :) no commission for her rude ass. I'm sure that also limits profits since you're turning customers away, who refuse to wait in line. That takes courage since Covid has become so political. Just bought these sunnies on Sunday, and I excitedly pull them out for the FIRST time to find this scratch on them. I checked them out at the store before buying, but the sales rep just told me to try them on and make sure they fit my face properly. So that's all I did, especially trusting after he cleaned them up with the cloth before handing them to me. I'm really disappointed giving that I live in California and obviously can't just drive back to the same store to exchange them now that I am back home. Just make sure you check your items here BEFORE you buy. It seems by the other reviews a lot of their items are defective. I usually am a Gucci shopper, but the one time I gave Versace a try this happens. Over all, the customer service was great! Kudos for that, but please stop selling refurbished/damaged items. :( read more

Went in because i had been researching for a mans backpack and had narrowed it down to two different bags. I saw the black leather backlack with the gold La Medusa on it. Had the girl Mimi bring it down and i tried it on,,i dont like big bags and this one was the perfect size. I didnt hesitate and i told Mimi i would buy it. I also asked her to pull out a wallet, but i decided not to get it at that time. I left the store with my new backpack, when not even 30 minutes i went right back to Versace and bought the matching wallet and a pair of mens sandals, which i loved. I treated myself to an early birthday present and will be back hopefully end of June. There are still a few things that ive been looking at on their website that i want. I should have bought a Chanel instead.... Don't they pay people to do more then stand around talking to their coworkers? I wanted to give them a piece of my mind at this point....Until I blatantly pointed out to them I wanted to see a handbag that's when the only male in the store decided to help my mother and I. Kind of schocked at all the negative reviews on here about Versace. Went in here on my last vegas trip and couldn't be happier. I really enjoy the high end merchandise in this store. It is nice to finally find cloths that are different and not the same old stuff you find at other stores. After shopping many different stores in Vegas including Gucci, I found Versace's looks to be fresh and fashion forward. I also was happy to be helped when I entered the store and not ignored. The salesman (Michael0 was extremly friendly and helpful. When they didn't have my size he was able to get it shipped from another store. I went to Versace in crystal mall and forum shop in las vegas.the sales associates are not friendly at all.they don't even say hi or smile at you .all they do is they looked at me up and down and role their eyes.they act very snobby and their faces are very ugly and mean looking.I feel no great energy except negative attitudes. Where they find these people to work for them, they should really hire new sales associates with better attitudes and better looking people with a smile on their faces. And Someone who have passion and are happy and look good. They won't have many people shopping there if they don't hire new people. I will hever go back there or ever think if being their clients.
