Interested in the clearance rings, Delma helped us figure out which ring was which size, since to the tiny sticker tags had all fallen off. Even so, it ended up that the ring we wanted didn't have a tag at all, so Delma just typed in the item's number to ring us up! Here's where it goes south. Soon after leaving, we realized the rings were actually probably NOT the right size, noticing how swollen our fingers were based on me not being able to take my every day rings off easily. We then figured since we just left the store less than 15 mins ago we could come back and do an easy exchange for the smaller size. WRONG. Manager, Lucy, was immediately rude when we asked for help in an exchange. She talked in a condescending tone, listing policies for why she couldn't do an exchange on jewelry. She claimed she couldn't exchange it due to hygiene purposes, even though it was encouraged we try them on before purchasing- hmmm. We then proved it was bought minutes ago, to which she just asked to see the ring tag. (As mentioned before, it didn't have one.) So, she then pointed out how the size listed on the receipt was a small, yet we had brought back a large. THEN instead of just saying there was an error and she could exchange them due to a mistake in checkout, she and started blaming Delma for the whole thing and said now she HAD to grant us the exchange. First of all, it's not Delma's fault your tags suck. Most retail employees also just type in the code of the item if they dont have the tag. But Lucy accused her of making mistakes during checkout and talked to her in a rude way. She then reminded us twice that we would not get the privilege of an Allsaints jewelry exchange again. As if she has the authority. So yeah, she gave us the exchange, but she absolutely should have, and she had NO reason or right to *belittle* her employee, especially in front of customers. I also said i would just buy the smaller size after her first rude words, since they were marked down so much, and yet she continued on her high horse. Cherry on top, I later went to the AllSaints website and the only jewelry items it states I cannot exchange/return are pierced earrings. Yay for Delma and the other cool employee with gauges, boo for the cold manager.

This shop is stocked with trendy women's dresses, shirts, pants, and accessories. You can also access their goods online, but I noticed that there were more items in store. I've really struggled finding great quality dresses for events, so I was shocked to find so many unique and affordable options at this small boutique. Lilyful will most definitely be my go-to for dress shopping moving forward. Excited to check out their location in Cerritos, CA!

They had a particularly nice selection of princess dresses to adorn girls for Easter.. There were also a lot of colorful and cute purses for Easter wear. Probably their best stocked item are shoes and there were lots and lots of shoes to choose from in all sizes, from casual to dressing.. I scored a beautiful faux leather skirt and a bold printed pair of Palazzo pants to replace some of my favorite black-and-white striped pants, so it was a win-win situation for me! I wore those pants to the Eiffel Tower restaurant the next day and they were a smash hit!!

I did not want to get a costume and something that would actually wear and last a long time. Evan was the first gentleman that assisted me and was incredibly helpful. I told him my regular shoe size and he informe how a cowboy boot was different than your sneakers. He explained how it should fit and where it should not be too tight in certain areas. Evan was patient and I found the experience very educational. I did emphasize my need for comfort as I am not a frequent wearer of cowboy boots. We ended up with Ariat Fat Baby boots. The square toe box and more feet support made it very comfortable. The lower height of the boot made it easy to slip into versus having a higher one since i have thick calves. The Fat Baby style top hit right below my calf and made it very easy to wear. As for the hat, Evan showed me the largest size available, but my head is really big. Plus they were out of the brand I was looking for Idyllwind Laramie hat. We went to the men's section as it could be unisex for some fit and after trying about 4 hats we found my proper head size and a black felt hat from Cody James brand. Now for a short to go with office slacks and blazer , but still be Western enough wear when hat and boots are on. Mona Lisa was very honest about the style and sizing. We picked a lovely pin tuck cream colored sleeveless blouse. It was 92% cotton so it was breathable and not see through. Western wear is not just ranch stuff. There were so many cute tops and dresses, I wish I had more time to look around. At checkout, Jackie was wonderful in making sure who helped what got the credit for. As for the cost, it wasn't cheap and it wasn't crazy expensive only because I knew decent Western wear could be in the middle-depending what you want and what you need it for. I told them my budget and they found the items that would make sense. This was a decent starter pack. For my first time here, I would say the experience was very pleasant and Evan, Mona Lisa, and Jackie were professional and friendly. I would go back because they were so nice and helpful.

My car is overheating making it 200 degrees.. it's the day before my birthday so I said "pull over I'm going to Boot Barn"! Lol Welp... an hour later I came out with two new birthday presents for myself and a lot of walking around inside this large and beautiful country vibing store! I'm glad I made the detour. The staff here is so friendly and welcoming! The store smells like fresh leather from their wide variety of cowboy boots! And blue jeans and fringe never go out of style in this place!! There's something for everyone here--really nice western styles of clothing and accessory departments for every age group and gender. And so many boots!! It was a perfect place to cool down and again I was so happy I stopped by. While paying for my items I joined their rewards program and received 15% percent off right away too along with a nice welcome email. I thought it was well worth it spending some dough here--yet a bit on the pricey side, the durability I know is good value. This location is on the corner of Warm Springs at Las Vegas blvd.

I love that the design of this space gives an elevated shopping experience with very affordable pricing. I bought a crop t-shirt for $12.95. I like the specialized areas for handbags & shoes, as well as fragrances.
