I ordered a shirt on March 28 and received it last Tuesday. My son's event is this Friday. I called them last week letting them know that they sent the incorrect color. After calling quite a few times, I finally got an answer that the shirt will be delivered either Monday or Tuesday of this week. I called yesterday to see if they would be sending me confirmation and was told that it was being delivered today. I called today to see where they were sending the confirmation only to be told that I was going to be there Thursday morning, which is not enough time for me to get the shirt from the school to my kiddo. Mind you, I told them that I would need the replacement BEFORE Thursday. They have had no sense of urgency to correct their issue and besides the receptionist who I've spoken to numerous times, they do not seem to be apologetic at all about the situation. Now my kiddo won't have his shirt for his last kindergarten function because I just got fed up with the everything and asked for a refund. For the most part, they've been polite and professional when I've interacted in person and on the phone. However, I was told when I called to place an order for my son's uniforms that the advertised price for the uniform package was no longer valid, although there is no expiration date on the brochure and I did prepay. I had also asked one of the men at the event they were at (dangit! Didn't get a name!) if I could still get the discount if I paid later. He said yes. I consider that false advertising on the flyer and lack of integrity on the part of the company. Unfortunately, this seems to be the only company that supplies the uniforms my son needs this school year. read more

Came in today between 4:15 -4:40 to come print some flyers before I came I called the office SEVEN times!!! No one answered the Front entrance door was unlocked so I waited at the front rained a little bell about six times still nobody came to the front continues calling the office song still nobody came to the front so I was patient and waited for about 10 more minutes two ladies finally came to the front totally ignored me did not greet me and said yeah we're closed very rude very unprofessional will not ever come here to get anything done. 11/22/2021 4:45 pm whoever owns this place needs to teach these ladies customer service. I hate that i have to use this place. I paid $60 for 4 shirts. They were suppose to call us when the shirts were ready and never got a call. I had to go up there and pick up the shirts because if not my kids would not have anything to wear. The shirts are extremely over priced for trash product. The patch looks like my infant made it. Versa Printing and Tammy are awesome! We had a very strange request, "could you print wraps for Segway chariots and oh by the way they are custom design." To further complicate matters, the artwork we had prepared was done for a different design. When I received the proof, I put the printing on hold, reached out to our artist, adjusted the design and sent it back to Versa. At the second proof I had another request, "could you print our bright yellow field and wrap the inside as well?" They accommodated my requests, increased my estimate only for the cost of the material for the inside and they thought ahead and covered the connecting bands in yellow for us delivering an absolutely beautiful product. I was called Friday on to verify and pay for next day and was told I would receive order. I wasn't called, emailed , or texted -i didn't receive tracking number or print work. And your closed on the weekend.I had to 30min drive to FedEx Kinko's @ 2.45a. Thankful I order online and it was ready in 6 hours and it was less expensive. I to give 1 star just to post review. I will start off by saying the quality is good and the shirts did come out great. What I had a problem with was the staff. The quote I got in the first place did not mention sale tax was separate. When we brought the payment did they mention that sales tax would need to be added. I placed my order did waited for a week before I had to call and talk to the manager because I did not have a proof. The administrative assistant I would talk to about my order would say that she would tell the person dealing with my order something and that person would not ear about it. Also when we dropped off the payment the administrative assistant told me we would receive an invoice via e-mail. I did not receive the invoice until after I picked up the shirts and had talked to two different people, including the manager, about it. I will not be working with them again. read more

This is the first time I have ever had to deal with this company personally, and my experience has been dreadful. My son is attending a school in which the school requires us to use this company to purchase the required uniforms. First the fitting and ordering was horrendous. Besides being extremely overpriced, they were completely unorganized, rushed through the fitting process, and customer service was extremely poor. Second, they sent an invoice to my email for me to to make payments towards the order, however the link they sent me didn't work, the 2nd link they sent didn't work, and neither did the 3rd. I eventually had to call in and pay by phone. When the initial payment was made, I asked if there was a specific date I needed to have this paid off by to receive the uniforms and was told no, as long as it was paid in full by the 16th. I called to make my 2nd payment, probably the only non hassle communication, until they lost it. After several phone calls, emails, and facebook message to pay off the order and being told the incorrect balance every-time, and providing payment information my payment was finally located and applied to the account. My account is now paid in full, she said, however my sons uniforms will not be ready for another 3 weeks! School starts next week, so now I have to go buy regular uniform shirts, on top of the $300 I spent for overpriced ones order through Versa! Why was I told they would be ready as long as paid in full by the 16th. Why is going to take 3 weeks? Honestly Ill be sending this complaint to the school , because I refuse to deal with them next year. read more
