Dr White was awesome. Explained everything including options very clearly. His chair side manner was great.... And absolutely no pain!!! I can only send a deeply appreciated thank you to the entire team.

I had a very positive experience with North Appleton Dentistry in the beginning. Both providers I…read moresaw were professional, and my hygienist was absolutely wonderful--kind, thorough, and someone I genuinely looked forward to seeing at appointments. Unfortunately, things took a sharp turn when I began advocating for myself and asking questions about a filling that failed in less than two years, resulting in the need for a crown. I simply wanted to better understand what happened and discuss it further with the dentist. Instead of that conversation, I received a call from the office manager. The interaction was disappointing, to say the least. What should have been a professional discussion became rude, defensive, and unnecessarily confrontational. I was even accused of being disrespectful simply for asking questions and expressing concern about the situation. As a patient, I believe it's completely reasonable to ask about dental work--especially when something fails unexpectedly. A medical provider should be willing to have those conversations openly and respectfully. To make matters worse, I've since been notified of a certified letter from their office, I'm sure "firing" me as a patient. I'm refusing it and moving on. Rather than feeling supported as a patient, I now feel dismissed and uncomfortable. This has been incredibly disappointing given how happy I initially was with their care. I respected their expertise and felt confident in their services--until I asked questions. That shift raises serious concerns for me about how patient concerns are handled. I expected better communication, professionalism, and accountability. Do better.

My first visit was very uncomfortable, the assistant didn't know how to take a blood pressure, so it hurt when she did it over and over again and when i simply asked her if she knew how to take them she got very offended and said yes we were trained.. i told her i could do it if she wanted.. from there on out every time i went in she had a horrible attitude towards me even tried to tell me once how i should take my antibiotics etc.. like seriously that's none of her business and it was a preventative. She is very very unprofessional, rude, and just not a good fit for working with ppl. After the first visit, i got a call that my gift card would be in the mail.. 2 weeks, no gift card. I called and then was told my husband/referral, needed to pay his bill first then I'd get it but after explaining, 1. I wasn't told anything about that, only that i would get the gift card for the referral 2. Our insurance covered everything so there was no bill 3. Then i was told they would have it for me my next visit. Next visit, the assistant was rude, and no gift card. Was told they were out and would get more on that Friday. Then i had an emergency tooth pain that i was dealing with for awhile and it got worse.. i went in to get it pulled, the assistant was overly nice so clearly she was talked to but her niceness was dramatic almost insulting. As Dr was trying to drill a hole in my tooth it caused a severe pain that radiated through my body and caused me to go into an anxiety attack (never happened before) which i jerked and Dr got irrated with me even tho it was a natural human response with such great pain. I ended up having to go to a oral surgeon that day to get it taken care of... and again NO gift card even though the office manager, Rachel promised me twice i would have it... i once again called and left a message about how disappointed i was and if they were going to make things right to please call me.. No call!! This is how they run their office.. UNPROFESSIONAL NO INTEGRITY NO ACCOUNTABILITY... i was looking forward to going here for a very long time and now i wish i never did!! The only ppl who were nice and professional was Stephanie and Julie. I would not recommend them after all the issues with them during my very short time going there.
