Someone from my office with the same insurance company and coverage told me they love our insurance because it pays for all services; the exact opposite they told me. I understand that people have the right to refuse a service, but to lie about it feels UTTERLY unprofessional and very disappointing. We didn't do anything to deserve this treatment. I feel like they discriminated against my origin and skin color. We're living strange times for sure. He did the one and I ended up having my gums cut up by the drill. I ended up getting an infection that he had to order antibiotics and painkillers to get me any relief. They called me a few days before the appointment and said they were missing one of the forms. Health history. I filled that out ten minutes later. Never heard anything after that. They called 90 minutes before my appointment and said I need to take a "pre dental medication" for a surgery I had done eleven years ago. I only had to take that medication for two years. I told them it was not needed. They wanted me to contact the doctor and get a prescription for the medication. Go to my drug store that is 30 minutes away and get the prescription before my appointment. I canceled my appointment.
