I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new dentist. I decided to try this office as my…read morenew husband had recently become a patient. My experience was amazing and yes, I am talking absolutely it my routine dental cleaning and exam. The hygienist was so friendly and down to earth. The practice is nice, clean and modern. The dentist was SO friendly. For the first time ever I was told everything looked great (with the exception of a cracked crown) and I did not need any additional "work". Regarding the cracked crown...the dentist said he recommended a longer appointment to have the tooth fixed and a small cavity next to it fixed. When I asked about a temporary crown I was informed that I would be leaving with my permanent that day!!! This dentist makes his own crowns, everything taken care of at once! I was overjoyed to hear this and also impressed with needing only one more appointment. I would definitely suggest this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I told Jeff " hurt me once and I will never come back." So twenty years, I am still there as are my husband and two now teenaged kids ( an ex-husband, too). My daughter was a pretty feisty child with some strong oral aversion. Jeff and his staff handled her beautifully. Today I had Jeff's son Dr Ben. The tradition continues.

Back in the day, a "dental appointment" meant a string attached to a doorknob. When I grew older I…read morerealized that my mom was not certified to practice dentistry. To say that I am one of those "anxious " patients would be an understatement, so when my long time dentist retired I desperately sought out a local practice that would provide a calm and clean environment to help assuage my anxiety. At first their staff seemed robotic but then when you get to meet them one on one, it all changes. The young lady tech I had, named "Jacey", demonstrated a sense of humor, impeccable professionalism and empathy. She knows her stuff and in short order, her patient. The doctor assigned to me, Dr. Cracium (Dr."C") provided sound advice and recommendations after learning of my background health issues. Within ten minutes, I was provided an estimate of the charges along with an explanation of what and why he planned. Best of all, the practice will do everything it can to handle your emergency- most of the time, then. no extended and interminably painful waiting. They'll also send you timely reminders so that you don't miss an appointment. These originate I guess from the gorgeous staff at the front desk ; an incredibly helpful and courteous group, incidentally.

We had to switch dentists due to our insurance changing. This place is a child's nightmare and a…read moreopen your wallet experience for the adult. The ages of my children are High School and middle. All three had sales pitches on buying one of their toothbrushes. Not appropriate and annoying as they are children. My kids stated it felt super awkward listening to sales pitches and buying a toothbrush from them. I have extra dental insurance, and it is still 25% more than the same services we received at our other dentist. Last week son went in.... he sat in the chair for 20 minutes. Dentist said he would be back in 5 minutes. Today was the final straw. 14-year-old crying during cavity...they ask if she can feel it... she responds yes, and their response is we are almost done. All three kids dislike this dentist, and my experience wasn't over the top. Dentist does not listen at all, and it is a money pit. DO NOT GO here...this is Appleton, Wisconsin. There are too many dentists in the area.

Unfortunately I had a different experience than the reviews that led me to this dentist. They do…read morefar more imaging than any other dentist I've been to, but it's very uncomfortable. They take pictures (in addition to x-rays) which is something I did not want to do as I prefer to get in and out of the dentist as soon as possible. They stick a very large flat mirror into your mouth and shoot air down it and into the back of your throat. I repeatedly asked if the pictures were absolutely necessary and said "I do not want to do this" multiple times. The assistant taking all of the pictures did not listen to me. When more than 1 staff member hears the patient saying "no", I expect that they listen. This dental practice did not meet my expectations. They were quite pushy about fluoride, with 3 people giving me the same speech about how I really should have it. Even though I explained I wanted to get in & out as soon as possible, they still kept trying to push it on me. At the end, they used a tooth shade finder that came from a cabinet and physically touched it to my tooth, and then put it directly back into the cabinet. Who knows how many mouths that's touched. I do not recommend that anyone who is scared of the dentist go here as not being listened to is very traumatic.
