Same thing happened last week when they tried to send my info to Dental Associates, they had absolutely no internal organization or management of any kind. dentistry is already a racket, then they started blowing up my phone with texts that I never was asked permission for or told about, It is an abuse of information yet when I tried to tell them that they "K" was rude and talking over me to justify there policy nonsense telling me she's sorry for the way I fell when it's fact for everyone. Corporate Capture and any part of it will not be tolerated. It was an abuse of information. Do the American People have to initiate a Civil Revolution of Reforms and Clean Sweeps to stop these types of corporate nonsense and policies that take our rights? Regarding the cracked crown...the dentist said he recommended a longer appointment to have the tooth fixed and a small cavity next to it fixed. When I asked about a temporary crown I was informed that I would be leaving with my permanent that day!!! This dentist makes his own crowns, everything taken care of at once!
