Do not walk RUN from this place. The sketchy billing practice of this business is just that,…read moresketchy. The procedure we had schedule was multiple parts, the 1st step with off without a hitch. It ran exactly as expected, our insurance was given a pre authorization and we paid what was expected as our portion. Awesome, this was like every other dental procedure we have ever had (7 kids, already been through 2 sets of wisdom tooth extractions). They did this or the extraction, a $700 procedure, we paid our portion and it was good. Fast forward almost a year later it was time for the implantation portion. Didn't think anything of it, we had a scan for the procedure a few months before the actual surgery, we were not told anything about billing, we assumed it was going to be handled like the 1st surgery. Boy were we wrong, when we got the office we were required to pay for the procedure IN FULL!! Even though we have dental insurance, not only do we have dental insurance but it's one of the best plans available! I actually called my insurance while I was waiting and was told that even they recommend submitting a preauthorization so there are no surprises, obviously this office just wants to take the money, collect interest on it until they have to refund it. Even the insurance company was as thrown by this shady business practice as I was. Needless to say with 4 girls coming up needing their wisdom teeth taken out, I can guarantee where we will NOT be coming!

I am giving Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery a 5 or even more, if I could, because my experience with…read morethem was excellent. I was not referred to them, but came to them via a phone call. My tooth pain was extreme to the point that I could not stand it. My family dentist for about 50 years said that they might see me in a week or so, so I called OMS group. They accepted my call and Dr. Zuck agreed to see me that afternoon. He and his nurse(I believe Becky) were sensitive to my problem and pain and after respectful discussion, Dr. Zuck agreed to remove 2 teeth that same afternoon. I can only say that they were both sensitive and professionally respectful to my pain and situation. The follow-up after my surgery was top notch and they were not in a hurry. The discussion following surgery, to make sure I was comfortable, helped me alot. With this in mind, I cannot say enough to recommend them and their clinic to anyone in need of oral surgery. Some people may not have had the experience I had, but my experience was top notch......

The best!!! I still visit him every 6 ms or when issues demand it, but Dr Tache was my life saver…read morewhen I desperately needed it. He took amazing care of me after having major jaw, headache, severe pain issues from a car accident, during my care he recommended the best physical therapist in the area (that I continue to recommend to everyone as well), and I continue to see him for maintenance care or as needed. The office staff is always pleasant, caring, and wonderful to work with. Dr Tache's patient care personality is wonderful. I knew he cared, knew he knew what he was doing, he made the visits friendly and personal, and I trust his expertise implicitly. I recommend him and his practice to anyone in need of TMJ treatment and look forward to my continued care with him.

Don't waste your money!!! Requires many unnecessary appointments costing you money with nothing to…read moreshow for. Their prices are ridiculous!!! I reached out to this office a month ago seeking relief for my headaches and jaw pain related to TMJ. They told me I needed a $200 "initial exam" visit which I paid for and attended. Then they scheduled me for an x-ray's appointment ($350) and a " follow up" appointment($100) to review the x-rays. The x-ray appointment was cancelled TWICE because their x-ray mobile unit was not coming (they don't have their own equipment). When I called to complain about the two cancellations (since I'm in pain!), I was told I could attend the "follow-up" appointment without doing the x-rays first. I pointed out that this didn't make sense because the purpose of the "follow up" appointment was to discuss the x-ray results. They said the "follow up" appointment was a "consult" to discuss treatment options and then I needed an appointment ($100) to be fitted for a dental splint. I told her (Kathy) that I already had an initial consult which I had already paid $200 for. Kathy said I still needed a second appointment ($100) to discuss treatment options and be fitted a dental splint ($1,350). She said: "that's the way we do things here". Frustrated with the many unnecessary and costly appointments, I requested a refund of my initial consult visit ($200) since it yielded nothing and I'm still in pain 4 weeks later. Kathy refused the refund and said the visits were necessary due to their office procedures. I told her that Dr. Tache's many costly appointments seemed unnecessary and excessive because they first they told me I needed x-rays as a first step; then they changed the process to do a second consult prior to the x-rays (contradictive procedures). Kathy told me that "that is the way things worked" at Dr. Tache's "day in, and day out". I contacted different TMJ specialist in Green Bay who provided a FREE initial consultation and had me fitted for the splint during this free visit. The splint was ready the next day and only cost $105. Their office will follow up by phone (for free) in the next few weeks. I'm already experiencing pain relief in less
