This was my first time ever in a showroom like this (other than home Depot). The selection of…read morequartz countertops was excellent. There were also plenty of cabinet choices, but they did not have the stain of walnut I was looking for. Overall the style was more modern so there were a lot of painted options and more grey toned everything. There is a small selection of tile and hardware, but it is all very nice and contemporary. I found several I really liked. They actually had lots of non-subway tile options, so I was appreciative of that! The process seems simple. They estimated 6 weeks lead time, I believe. We are in the design phase of a new home, so won't be purchasing anything for at least 6 months, so I can't speak to prices. Also our builder will be handling everything. Only reason I took off a star is the lighting in there is SO POOR. It's like a movie theater. Dark with a few spotlights. I kept having to carry everything to the window, but even then there was a glare. It was very difficult to see and it was frustrating.

It was going to be close, but they managed to fit it all in the truck and into the storage unit. The way they stacked everything proves they are Tetris masters. They wrapped everything, friendly, and efficient. This is not the first time we have used them and we will continue to use them. I have never had a single issue with their service or their staff. If you need movers or help moving big items, I highly recommend them.

We have heard that their prices are a little more than other companies, but the work ethic and details easily make it worth it! We highly recommend them for any move you may have, we felt covered the entire process! Thank you guys for all of your hard work!

In my newfound attempt to become a novice plumber, specializing in bathroom sinks, I stopped by…read moreNorth Liberty Ace to get a new slip nut. I went to Ace as it is conveniently close by and even though the store is smaller than the usual home improvement store, I knew I would probably find what I needed. I did find it, but it was too small for the pipe I was joining to the wall trap (FYI - bathroom sink pipes are 1.25 inches whereas other pipes in your home are 1.5 inches). When I went back in a second time, I was able to get help from a few people who took the time to understand my problem and get me the correct gasket and slip nut for my wall trap and let me return the nut I had purchased. I appreciated that they were willing to open packaging to take out the products to make sure they would properly fit the pipe I had brought in for my project. In the end, I was able to attach my wall trap to the pipe in the wall, successfully join it to the P-trap and nothing under my sink is leaking! Thanks to the help of the Ace employees, I [finally] got this project done and have a new faucet in my bathroom.
