The 800# Customer Service Agent walked me through resetting the numbers a couple times, but they indicated the key pad was broke. They actually asked me if I thought the Landlord knew how old the opener was?? Ha! So I sent the local website a service request. I got a call almost immediately from Melody and scheduled the repair. Mike came within the given service window and fixed us up with a new keypad. And they haven't yet billed us for the new keypad. I'm impressed and Thankful!

It took 45 minutes for one of them to wrap a TV... then he gave a second TV to us and said he couldn't wrap it and we would have to carry it in the car. Upcharged us for boxes and blankets we didn't order or use. My furniture was damaged and badly scratched and gouged... decor was broken and containers were crushed. They were dishonest about the cost and my final bill for a job quoted at the $350-$600 range was almost triple that cost. Zach was very helpful and answered all our questions. He was very explained all about how the plumbing routed around the place and how to keep it clean. He cleaned up after himself, even wiping down the cabinets. As he was finishing up he mentioned this was a routine clean up job and would be cheap. He was right, I was happy with the amount and the service.
