Installer did a fantastic job. Removed the old tube and shower. With a minimum of a mess in bath while working. Seeing he needed to remove an old surround, tile on the wall and plaster. With an old iron tube. He matched the new surround to the existing till. In a smooth transition. Installer cleaned the bath, basement, and driveway where he worked. I forgot to write my review after the new windows were installed. It's probably a good thing I did because I would have to tell you to save your money. Yes the windows look good and yes the installers were excellent but as far as seeing any type of savings on my electric bill? Nothing! And it almost seems as if the outside noises are even easier to hear when I'm in the house. I have no one to blame but myself for feeling pressured by the sales person to go with Mad City. read more

Very annoying sales tactics! I have an interest to upgrade my countertop and met them in Sam's. After scheduling a visit quote its sales (both on site and online) asked so many questions that has nothing to do with the business and trying to get more information, don't know why but happened. Monday morning (schedule a Tue appointment) it called again saying verifying the visit (third time), I denied some stupid questions and pointed it's annoying, a few minutes later a message came saying "your appointment get cancelled". What a rude service! Bad business practice! Shame on Mad City. read more

I had my tub converted to a walk in shower by Mad City installer Brian Kelly. From start to finish, Brian was great! He explained everything to me, did a great job of putting down floor covers to protect them, as well as covered ever surface in the bathroom. I signed up for a quote for a family member and informed them several times that after speaking to my family member they were not interested. They have called 30+ times in two weeks using location masking to appear in the area my phone number originated and refuse to accept being rejected. They don't leave messages, text, or email. Just endless harassment, like some incel who demands they're a "good guy". You're weird and creepy and annoying and rapidly becoming the bad guy. read more

Their salesman came over to my home on a Sat, no less. "We will save you a bundle" & quoted me $34K to reface my old cabinets. Plus I have to hire "their carpenter" as they only do the cabinets & counters. Their carpenter failed to show up twice, for a quote. Mad City's shills called me twice to push their crap. I called the #1 cabinet maker in my area. Custom made cabinets, hickory wood & made locally were only $14K, including counters. Beware of contractors with any Big TV ads. Caveat Emptor!! ie. My home, which was built in 1981, still had it's original metal-framed slider windows, and the double-paned glass was fogged because the seal had been compromised. Last month a nice young man was canvassing the area and rang my doorbell. Normally I would not deal with a company doing that, but he was very clean-cut, polite, and was wearing a company uniform complete with logo'd hat and shirt. I liked the literature he handed me, so I called for a free in-home consultation. The salesman arrived exactly on time a day later, and did a very thorough presentation, complete with sample windows. I was duly impressed with the quality of workmanship, and the Lifetime Warranty, better than even Pella or Anderson Windows. Then it came time for the price, which nearly knocked me off my chair. As much as I loved the product, it was just way too out of my price range, given all the other home repairs either done or needing to be done. He offered some discounts, but it was still out of my league. A few days went by, then I got a call from Mad City saying that they'd like another opportunity to make it work for me. I agreed, and Robby payed me a visit. Long story short, he made it work for me with convenient financing. The windows were installed on July 5, and I was extremely pleased with the quality of the installation team, and the finished product. I could have easily went to a box store, paid someone to install them, and come away cheaper, but the finished product speaks for itself. It pays to buy quality in the long run. read more

i was very happy with mad city. all the gentleman that came to my house was very friendly and explained all the prices and what they were gonna do. they laided stuff to cover my floors and cleaned up after they were done and then picked up the stuff that covered my floors. i love the work that they did and love the way my shower looks. i would tell people about mad city ...
