Pictures on folder showed all windows new and done right. OF COURSE they said all would be replaced.. i mean for the amount I paid they should be gold. I figured ide have a 5 star review. But NOPE 3 weeks ago I told ED about the fact they didn't do it. Even telling me they weren't measured right they were glad they had it in Truck. So ED said no we guarantee our jobs. We'll today im told. Didn't write on contract . We won't do it. So instead of a 5...they got a 1. I cant believe all i paid per window and they put broken ones from the 70s back with a Mercedes window. Wish it was an5. But if this is how it goes...they dont do a stellar job if they don't finish it right. My contractor came over said..its pathetic. So now what's next...Unfortunately Im dissapointed. When we started the process of getting our new windows things went smoothly. We were able to get a…read morequote and the second measurements just fine. The issue came in an email I received weeks after saying, the quote had been changed to add an additional $500 worth of labor and materials. I voiced that if our original quote could not be honored we would have to go with a different company. They responded quickly saying they would begin the cancellation process of our order. Overall my dealings with them weren't horrible but I know at the company I work for, we would have eaten the cost of the quote change because we had already given our customer a price. No attempt to even make an offer or deal was offered. So I guess if you have deep pockets you'd be fine, but for people on a budget this experience was bad. We will be looking at other places to solve our window issues.
