I don't normally eat meat while I'm dining out but I know Chef Isaiah only sources the best ethically raised local chickens and I've sneaked a bite before from friends who have ordered it and found it delicious. Let me tell you, it was worth the wait! I will forever eat Yardy's fried chicken--they do it like no one else! The outside was crispy and the meat was tender and so juicy. Pour on that side of hot sauce and you have a full body experience! I put my book aside and got all consumed by those three pieces and was consumed by pure glee and satisfaction. If you haven't made a trip to Yardy yet, you're missing out! And if you've gone once, you better go again! I hope Eugene continues to show up so that Yardy remains a Eugene staple for years to come.
