In spite of what they told me two months before upon an inquiry I made. Instead they continued to debit my account. There is no way to stop it from your bank. Be aware of the scam and of their lies. When I cancelled with a form that I have to fill out, there was no acknowledgement. They still debited my bank account. They argued that there was a 3 days cancellation policy; this 3 months after my 3 year contract has ended. I have to yell for them to promise a refund for only 1 month. I am holding my breath. If this goes on, I will take them to court.

Was in the Verizon Woodbridge store today 5/17/23 to drop off my phone that I previously was having…read moreissues with after receiving its replacement. I was advised that I could not drop off my phone at the local store and my only option was to mail it in. This was advised by the manager of the store. She also explained to myself and three other customers that she would not be able to provide service to us being that she had three other customers on the list. This was at 6:30p. From my understanding the store closes at 7p. Not sure why we were all advised that we would not be assisted being that we were in the store 30 minutes before the store closes. All customers including myself was very disturb by this. Especially hearing this from the manager. Her behavior was very unprofessional and the fact that she doesn't know the policies and workflows as a store manager is beyond me. I later called the Verizon customer service line and was told that I do have the option to drop my phone off at the local store. As you know I was not happy after hearing this. I have to say as a customer for 16 years this is the worst service I've ever experienced from Verizon. Very disappointing.

Everything changed when we met Jalena at the T-Mobile Experience Store. She was polite, patient, and truly dedicated to helping us. She went above and beyond to resolve our issue, and despite the challenges she encountered, she was able to accomplish what no one else had been able to help us with for two months. Honestly, I believe that if we hadn't met her, we would still be stuck in the same situation. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Jalena! She is truly a valuable member of the T-Mobile team.
