No "Hello," no "Welcome," no "Someone will be right with you"....nothing. I saw four employees in total. While they were assisting other customers at first, two of them finished and immediately went to their personal phones instead of greeting me. I stayed for about ten minutes to see if anyone would address me, and it never happened. Customer service is extremely important to me, and it was severely lacking here. As a result, I took my business elsewhere and purchased my phones at another location. I will not be returning, nor would I recommend it.

And every time I visit this store, same level of very poor service. They don't greet you when you come in the door. They indiscriminately choose who they want to serve. There's no ticketing system. They have a horrible selection of phones. A huge store with, like, 10 phones. The staff is constantly being overturned. The manager of the entire store has got to be one of the worst that I've seen in my two decades plus experience with AT&T. I've got to have been with them at least 15 to 20 years. So I've been to stores up and down the United States, but this is by far the worst. I visited this store over four times, and I tend to be fair about these types of judgments. But by far the worst store in the AT&T chain. Yeah, and the value is just not there. They recommend the wrong programs, they don't know any of the actual programs that AT&T offers. The employees are very poorly trained. Above all, this has got to be a store that's one of the rudest stores that I've seen. We were in a store, they had almost 5-6 reps in there, not a single person greets you when you come through the door. They don't know the programs, and most people leave out of it just very angry and very very upset. So it's a disappointing experience.

If I could give them 10 stars on a five-star rating, I would. I've been there about 10 times over…read morethe years, and EVERY SINGLE TIME they've managed to completely resolve my issue. In fact, after going to the nearby Verizon store first today, I was told to either buy a wireless charger (which wouldn't work as I have something glued to the back of my phone case) or just buy a new phone (a prong from my charger broke off inside the charging port, leaving me unable to listen to music [I hate AirPods, plus I connect my phone to my car's sound system]). I drove across the street, and they were able to fix it within 10 minutes. Along with the cleaning and getting a new protective glass installed, it set me back a whole $35. Also, the service has been friendly - dare I say outstanding - on each of my visits. TLDR: the employees at Verizon and other such stores are primarily salesmen. They want you to buy something, and they aren't super well versed in how their products actually work. The guys at Super Smart phones have YEARS of expertise, can fix nearly everything, are great with customers, and have extremely reasonable prices. The only drawback is it's a little hard to find. It's in a standalone building right next to the Sunoco gas station, directly across the street from Springfield Plaza

So went here (in back of a commercial building across from Springfield Plaza, next to that pedestrian overpass under construction). VERY satisfied. Got told 'you're screen's not broken, just the glass screen protector cover.' No upsell or attempt to 'replace my screen.' New glass protector and new protective case - $30 total. Super quick, personable - five-star experience all around.
