Eddie takes all my information down, offers several alternatives, and ultimately guides me through my upgrade to an iPhone 6s Plus. He even let me know about some promotions they were doing, so I got a "Gadget Guard" piece of glass installed on my phone and got an iPad Mini for free. Essentially, I paid $40 for an iPad Mini. That's awesome! Eddie ensured all my questioned were answered and helped me out quickly, making the entire process painless and got me back out the door (new phone in tow) within 35 minutes.
