I walked into this location intending to purchase two 1TB iPhone 17 Pro Max phones, and not a single employee acknowledged me. No "Hello," no "Welcome," no "Someone will be right with you"....nothing. I saw four employees in total. While they were assisting other customers at first, two of them finished and immediately went to their personal phones instead of greeting me. I stayed for about ten minutes to see if anyone would address me, and it never happened. Customer service is extremely important to me, and it was severely lacking here. As a result, I took my business elsewhere and purchased my phones at another location. I will not be returning, nor would I recommend it. read more

The seating and everything. This is one of the worst stores that I've been into. I've been with AT&T over 20 years, and I've visited this store four times. And every time I visit this store, same level of very poor service. They don't greet you when you come in the door. They indiscriminately choose who they want to serve. There's no ticketing system. They have a horrible selection of phones. A huge store with, like, 10 phones. The staff is constantly being overturned. The manager of the entire store has got to be one of the worst that I've seen in my two decades plus experience with AT&T. I've got to have been with them at least 15 to 20 years. So I've been to stores up and down the United States, but this is by far the worst. I visited this store over four times, and I tend to be fair about these types of judgments. But by far the worst store in the AT&T chain. Yeah, and the value is just not there. They recommend the wrong programs, they don't know any of the actual programs that AT&T offers. The employees are very poorly trained. Above all, this has got to be a store that's one of the rudest stores that I've seen. We were in a store, they had almost 5-6 reps in there, not a single person greets you when you come through the door. They don't know the programs, and most people leave out of it just very angry and very very upset. So it's a disappointing experience. read more

Worse customer service experience in history ! I waited 45 minuted for my turn to be serviced at this location without even an acknowledgment that I had even walked in the store. No one gave any greeting or any assistance the entire time. When I bought it to the managers attention he said I'm sorry you feel that way. This is after I made a complaint about waiting and them not even being cordial when you walk in. He did not offer a remedy or response. When it was finally my turn one of the store associates told a blatant lie about it not being my turn for service when it was finally my turn. This was a deliberate attempt to make me keep waiting because I complained about my turn in the store. I should not have to wait 45 minutes for any service anywhere. When I told the associate I was going to file a complaint he had a dismissive attitude. When I spoke with the manager again he acted dismissive as well smugly stating he was sorry I felt that way and proceeded to continue to ignore me. This location has a poor manager on duty today and poor store associates that do not need to work with customers. In addition store has dirty seating and is poorly ventilated. Been a long term customer with AT and T and considering switching. This store's customer service is terrible. This is my second complaint on an employee due to lack of respect in the past 6 months. read more

Ive gone there several times and they are never willing to help for anything they are some useless penguins the only way they can help you out is if you are purchasing anything from them if you have any certain questions about any certain subject they will advice you to call the 611 number to get help from dispatchers even though they have all the keys and tools at the store. read more

Every single time I've gone to this store. There has been some excuse why they can't help me. Today was no exception. The man who "assisted" me told me I was making things to complicated when I was asking questions about my phone lines, activating a new device, & it's absolutely possible I was over thinking it... but that is why I was there... trying to understand. This past December I tried to activate a phone and the employee had locked the doors early and was trying to hide in the back, but kept looking to see if we had left. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is not by any fault of this AT&T location. MIRI is the best. She went above and stayed late way past closing time to help me with my issues. I'm still having SIM/phone issues but even on her off day she's checking in with me to see if my issue is resolved. She is the true definition of "customer service". Put that woman's face on a plaque and give her her own store already! She deserves it. She's extremely knowledgeable about her craft and knows how to use her resources and contacts appropriately. Time for new phones, which is normally a dreaded experience... but not this time! Walked in the store and Gabriel immediately walked up to us and greated us with a smile. We sat down and he first went over our current plan in detail to see if we could save any money, then we discussed how getting new phones would affect our billing. Gabriel was super helpful with his knowledge of not only the current plans, but the legacy plans we still had so we could make an informed decion on any changes. He then spent the better part of the next hour transferring our info from one phone to the other and making sure we knew how to use them. Though the place wasn't packed, there was a steady trickle of people, who all seemed to recieve prompt and timely service. The store was neat/tidy, the chairs aren't comfy, but we were here longer than most. I'm happy with both of our plans and the in-store customer sercice. read more

Went in today due to my mobile going haywire . Was terrified that would have to buy another one or send it in to be fixed. Madelyn was amazing!!!! She quickly talked to me while letting my five year old eat her donought on the bench she fixed my mobile in about 10 minutes and was so patient while trying to fix it with my many questions. there was another young lady there as well who was wonderful talking to my daughter while I was talking with Madelyn about my phone. AT&T is great, but sadly I was fooled and not told about the Direct tv now and how they try to add it without you knowing. Even though I kept asking they still was able to fool me and hid it in the package. After they kept charging me for something I do not use. I am so disappointed by this branch. After asking so many times about it and the details i still was not given the best information. I had to call a different location for help on how to cancel and more details. AT&T is amazing and have been with them for a long time but this location really upsets me and suggest going to a different one or being carful before getting anything there. read more

Very disappointed with our service. My wife bought a rose gold iPhone 6s and didn't care for the color when she saw it. She thought it would grow on her but after a couple of weeks, she decided against it. Knowing she was over the 14 day mark, she called and asked if they would help her out anyway. The staff member who answer the phone told her it was no problem and she could exchange for a gold one. He checked and told her there was one in stock. She double checked to see if the 14 day thing was a big deal and the staff member assured her it was no problem. When we showed up the staff was rude and unwilling to help. Whoever she spoke with was not there. They didn't believe my wife that she talked to someone earlier. She even showed them her call log but they insisted on figuring out who she talked to, like it would really matter. They informed us that only a manager can perform an exception yet no manager was on site. If a manager is off-site they need to be capable of performing their job remotely. If that's not possible then a manager needs to be onsite. You expect more from a technology company. read more

Normally anytime you walk into a store to buy, upgrade or add onto your cell phone plan you know it is going to suck! This location is great. I have been in twice now and never had to wait long and both times my issues were resolved within a few minutes. The last time I purchased an IPad and an IPhone and was very happy with the attention and service I received and I was also very happy with my salesman and the fact that he was very respectful of the fact that I did not have all day to listen to sales pitches for purchases that I was not going to make. This place is a utter disappointment. My usual AT&T store told me to come here to get help on my problematic phone. The service was dreadful, the members would not listen to me about the problems of my phone they simply RESET it and it still wasn't working, I had to drive back which took 25 mins and try to explain AGAIN...well they somehow did fix my phone but still didn't listen to what I had to say, which is horrible summer service... avoid this place! read more

BE AWARE! They add insurance to my phone without permission!

IF YOU LIKE SAVING MONEY DO NOT SHOP HERE! Literally they are thieves! I went to change my plan, and they informed me that to go to their NEW UNLIMITED PLAN there would be an additional $40 per line. I called 1-800 # regarding the same question, there is no $40 each line. This place wanted to charge me a total of $560 (6 month period) to change to lower price plan rate. So after this "made up charge" I would be required to pay $30 more a month than my current monthly bill.. Called up ATT, there was no charge and ended up adding an additional 2 lines to my plan - and still ended up playing less than I pay now, so lets recap, I added 2 more lines, both unlimited everything and adjusted my original plan and still saved money than my current rate with 2 phones. Apparently the manager, Patricia, who apparently was not there or supervising from her living room and the sales rep Jessica have no idea of their plans. This is exactly why stores are going out of business - no one is on the same page, or they are simply overcharging people. I beg of you do not go there! You will be a victim - heck, go to your local convenient store and you will find a better deal than this place, at least they're honest. If you care about your money, avoid this place. read more

Worst at&t outlet I have ever experienced. My wife and I had come to upgrade our data plan since a $20 difference for unlimited data and free HBO is not bad at all. The sales person that was doing all of this was doing his job trying to get us to buy extra features that we didn't need or want which we told him multiple times and he would still try and tell us how great the direct tv now app is and that the unlimited plans come with a 15 discount for it making it only $20. Well we explained that it's useless to us because we don't watch TV and just watch Netflix. He then and I only found this out the day after I had left, but he had lied to us and said that we had to get the direct tv now in order to get the HBO. This is an out right lie, if you look at the terms on the at&t website it says that at&t will give you an account free of charge in order to activate your HBO. The only other thing I don't like about this outlet is for whatever reason no discounts are shown on your bill, they just say that the system doesn't show discounts but it will be applied in 2 or so cycles. In my opinion the bill should reflect everything that you pay for, discounts, features, and fee's. It just adds to the scetchy feeling you get when you leave this outlet. read more
