    I had a great experience at this store on Thursday. Went because my daughter's phone had problems,…read morebut then discovered issues with my account. The young man in charge (Irman?) spent about two hours with us getting things fixed. This involved calls to billing and account management, all with long waits. We ended up leaving with problems solved, new phones and a new discount on our plan. He was patient, helpful, and interesting to talk to. He made what could have been a nightmare a pleasant exchange.     This was my 1st time ever in a cell phone / wireless network store…read more I was in the market for a new iPhone . I had the 4s but the contract was under my Ex's name . Anyway, I walked in and saw many different types of smartphones and tablets. Immediately , I received help from a really nice salesperson named Sherra. She spent well over an hour with me explaining the difference btw an iPhone and an android style like Samsung. I wanted to be able to switch everything I had from my old iPhone to a brand new 5s. I considered the Samsung but Sherra explained if I wanted to switch from an iPhone to an android I would have to download everything to/ from my laptop then onto the new phone and there were no guarantees of everything moving over. This was b/c Apple doesn't talk/ communicate to androids.My other choice was to stick with an iPhone and everything could easily be switched. There was a somewhat big difference in price b/c I wanted to upgrade my iPhone, and Samsung had a great deal at the time. I carefully thought it over and decided to stick to the iPhone . I already knew how to use it well. ( I know the other Yelpers gave this place a bad review but I had a very good experience.) This verizon store gave me a lot of attention. They switched me from Att to verizon network very easily. I got great rebates and a free tablet to boot. I got the 5s and a much better package then what I had at a cheaper price. I would also like to point out everyone who came into the store was helped right away. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Sherra even gave me her cell no if I had any questions . I would definitely return here to purchase another phone.

    I would give them zero if I could. I have been a customer since 1998 when there was such a thing…read moreas customer service, but now no more. I have been trying to cancel my service for months. I call Dish and tell the person that the service has not worked since the Spring of 2024. I am told that they do not have the power to cancel my subscription and am transferred to a phone number that no one answers. They are still charging my credit card even though I called Discover and told them to not accept the charges. Total fraud and stay away from this company.

I called Dish to cancel because I got a better price with Xfinity and it included my Internet when I spoke to Dish all of a sudden they could bring my price down to $64 a month miraculously.... when I said, I already committed to another and I was leaving and I've had a lot of issues over the years when it I have to attach to a broom to get outside in the middle of snowstorms to knock the snow off the actual receiving on my house I also when it rains and pours outside you will lose your TV service inside and if you're recording anything, don't even bother it won't record while the service is out when I canceled the service I was told I needed to return the notes on the outside of my home. That's attached on my roof. I had to climb up there and unscrew the to return it. I asked why they don't come and collect their own equipment. Then all of a sudden they were based in Texas and they don't do that but they don't when you sign up for Dish do not get this service. It is horrible and if you ever cancel good luck with climbing up on your roof and going to get these nodes off the when I walk around my neighborhood and see a on someone's I noticed the so I know mostly everybody in my area has now discontinued the service it is horrible.

    Went for a simple upgrade, came out with a lot of changes to my plan and bill i did not authorize…read more I even very clearly said do not change my plan or touch anything on my account. I am now trying to fix all the problems the representative messed up. Hope corporate customer service is actually helpful when i call them and will be willing to fix this all for me.

There have been several others but this store can't seem to hire good reputable people who stay. The staff is always changing, and no one seems to be able to make a decision without getting on the phone and calling a manager. ( shouldn't the manager be at the store during regular business hours?) I came here to inquire about a new promotional plan I heard Verizon had. Free Talk, Text, and Data. I spoke to one of their representatives and I specifically told him I want to see if I can lower my monthly phone bill, and findout about their new free talk, text, data plan. My brother just got it on his plan and loved it and he was charged $85 per line for 4 lines that included tax.. I told the rep I don't hardly use data because I'm always on wifi,the rep agreed. The rep told me he could give me the FREE talk, text, and data plan for 5 dollars less then what I was paying. I figured it was good because now everything was unlimited and I would be saving a little more money. I asked about billing. My billing cycle is the 15th of every month. The rep told me my billing cycle wouldn't be until the 21st of each month and ignore any bills that came until then. Needless to say when I received my first bill it said I was past due because my billing cycle was still the 15th and the price was $125 and change not $96. I also had a cracked plastic protector which I paid around $40-50 dollars for when I got my new iPhone. I knew it had a lifetime warrantee. When I asked about replacing it he asked me my name, and the rep said I'm not in the system and that I didn't buy it from Verizon. Again, I knew I bought it from Verizon because I got it with my iPhone at the time of purchase from a corporate Verizon store in Succasunna. To make a long story short, I called customer service and they were extremely helpful. They were able to lower my bill, they found my name in their system and I was able to call and get a replacement for the plastic cover for $5.99 shipping. This guy at Verizon wanted me to spend another $40-50 on a new plastic protector. I'm very leery about returning to this Verizon store. I found out from a manager of another Verizon store that's some of the Verizon stores are independently franchised. A word to the wise, anytime you go to a dealer about your iPhone, tablet, Samsung phone , get everything in writing vs the rep showing you all the pricing on his tablet. These people are up there with car salesmen, a bunch of sharks!

    I had an appointment at 2pm on Friday 2/17/2025. i was 15 minutes early. a tall ungroomed, sloppily…read moredressed male came up to me, no name badge, no indication he worked for VZW. He asked me if I wanted to check in now or at 2 pm, a strange question. What us the benefit of waiting? i walked around the store, killing time. 5 minutes later he had already forgotten what i was there for. i reminded him i have a 2pm appointment. It didnt matter what my question was, the answer was NO. He thought he was a big deal bc he worked there for 2 years when i told him i have 32 years in telecom, sold FIOS and had fios. His answer was "a lot has changed in 30 years". UH Fios hasnt been around 30 years. The point was I know what im talking about and he was trying to bs his way out of it. He told me he cant get a phone # from another company. the phone#s ALL are local Verizon #s. NONE were in use. i checked as was my job previously. he had no reply to that. IF he had paid attention(he really didnt have the listening skills) I wouldnt have needed to repeat myself. there was a 20 something obese woman sitting on a stool with VZW garb so at least she was dressed appropriately even tho she was nodding her head in agreement to the incorrect answers. YOU lost a sale I will be sending this to the store manager AND head of customer service

The associate Cassandra…read morewas so very patient, helpful and professional in helping my friend to select her new apple phone. It took quite a long time to find the right phone, but Cassandra went out of her way to find what my friend was looking for. What an exemplary employee Cassandra is! We would definitely come back to this Verizon location. Thank you for your help!
