I called over 10 times about this problem and got the run around, my last call to customer service I was on the phone for 2 hours and was told by the rep at T mobile she entered my promo request and i would get an email with tracking.she lied to me never receive tracking or the TV and now its to late T Mobile you really SUCK!!! I closed my account…read more (5 gigabytes) on June 12, and they keep charging me a full price: $50.27 for 5 gigabytes) which is the lowest plan- DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR OFFERS- IT IS NOT TRUE. When I closed the account, they said the remaining would be prorated. Now they are saying they DO NOT PRORATE. I have to pay the full price by July 7. (two billing cycles!!). This company is a scam. Do not sign up with them. When I closed my phone accounts with Verizon or AT&T, they prorated. WATCH OUT THEY DO NOT PRO-RATE !!!!!!!!! Now they said they will charge me again for June 6 to July 7!
