I made several calls with Britney from this store who went above and beyond to get this set up, making the visit and transaction painless. Britney went above and beyond making this 28 year subscriber very impressed and happy.

Vijay R was my associate and I can't remember the other staff however they all were a delight to work with. Unlike other stores who treat you like a second class citizen even though I spend $2000 a month of all my services. He seemed to be in such a rush to have an answer to all of my questions, i got the feeling that they just seem to believe that everybody that comes in there is an idiot and they can say whatever they want, and no one's going to question them. Just a terrible way to conduct business. The last time we visited, we spoke to Thomas and he was seriously one of the worst representatives I've ever delt with. Rude, sarcastic condescending, snippy, just awful. I left their feeling so unsatisfied with Verizon. What nice guys! I…read morebrought my PC in there, because I had an issue with the charging outlet. PC fell on floor and snapped plug, part of the adapter was stuck in the PC. He took the PC to the back got the piece out that he needed to get out and clearly explained to me, I should go get a charger and make sure it charges prior to him doing any work on the computer. I did and now it works. There was no charge. ( i'm PC illiterate, so they could've said anything they want it to me ). That will be my go to place if I have any more issues with my phone or any kind of electronics.

I did not confuse this store for another store as suggested by the merchant. This ifixandrepair in Toms River "repaired" my cracked phone for $277.22 on 8/18/24 by putting a screen replacement on that started coming off in a month or two when the so-called "warranty" ended. The receipt said "Ocean Retail LLC", but the storefront says iFixandrepair. Then dust and debris got into my phone. I had to get it repaired by a repair shop authorized by Samsung with a similar name: Ubreakifix. They fixed it right (& they put the name of their business on their receipts). I emailed ifixandrepair at the email the receipt was sent to twice, messenger@messaging.squareup.com for a refund & heard nothing in response. The emails did not come back as undeliverable.

Even though the screen was black, if I swiped on the phone, it picked up. I took my phone here to see if they could fix the screen so that I could get my pictures and stuff off the phone. When the guy returned the phone to me, the phone was in worst condition than it was before. The screen looked worse. The phone can no longer receive calls. He said that the phone won't work because of the motherboard. However, it was working before. I just couldn't use it because the screen was black. If he could not fix it because he did not know the brand, he should have just refused to work on it.

Just fix the screen. I went to pick it up 15 minutes later and was shown that the screen was repaired (not with Apple parts) and was told that NOW my lock screen button doesn't work. I explained that it worked fine when I dropped it off. He then tried to sell me a fix for the problem that he created. He wanted to charge me an additional $120 to now fix the lock button. So now I am out the money for the screen repair ($120) and my phone is even worse off than when I took it there. Terrible place. Questionable business practices.

Now when you go in the employees seem to be all teenagers they have no idea of the products you can't order the small stuff like you used to, If it's not a "RIGHT NOW" product you're not going to find it here or even on their web site, it's a shame the true radio shack will be missed once they change all the stores that stay open to a Verizon phone store..
