I went to this store (TOMS RIVER on route 37 by the Parkway ) and traded in 2 phones for I12 pro phones back in April. The store never returned my trade in phones to T-Mobile so I was having to call in each month to get my trade in payment applied to my bill. I called T-Mobile and they advised me to try to have the store return the phones so they could make the payments attach each month. My wife and I went to the store in August to talk to the Manager. The Young lady did try to help us but you could tell she was not trained properly for that position. After being told that they would look into the problem we waited a month and went back because like we thought, nothing was done. T-mobile has given us our credit on our account But as of 09/30/2021 no one has contacted us like we were told they would do. We were told the district manager would contact us and that has not happened. So I am clear T-Mobile did not have to give me any credit without getting the phones but they did. Thank You T-Mobile. This is why I have been a T-Mobile customer from when it was called OMNIPOINT My advise to people would be to avoid this store like the PLAGUE!!!!!! read more

Every single time I walk into this location I deal with disrespectful , rude and incompetent employees. I will never be back at that store. The employees at the other location in Tom's river mall I have to say they are by far the best they really take the time to help you out instead of kicking you out the door. I stopped into this t mobile location after I finally got fed up with sprint. Brett was so knowledgeable and helpful. Before he even ran my credit score so we could see how much everything would cost me he answered all of my questions. I was in the store for awhile because some other sales associates were asking Brett questions but I was ok with that because all of the staff was so friendly. It was pretty funny at some points. I enjoyed my visit there. I left T-Mobile and got two new phones with t mobile. So for between the excellent customer service and the actual phone service I am now receiving, I am one happy customer. My girlfriend visited this store today and luckily for them, without me. She was overdue for an upgrade so she went in to see if she could get an iPhone The woman told her "absolutely, all you will have to pay today is sales tax". While waiting for the woman to process everything on the computer my girlfriend (8 months pregnant) had a sudden need to use the restroom. She asked the rep to use their restroom and jokingly added "I might pee on your floor". To her shock, the woman coldly and bluntly replied "I can't let you do that". My girlfriend turned to look at the robust red headed manager who just turned around and walked into the back room. Then the small sales rep said "you can walk up and down the stores and see if someone will let you use theirs". Superb customer service. So my girlfriend ran up to a nearby store to use their facilities. When she came back, the woman said "that will be $130". My girlfriend was under the impression that she was paying sales tax only. When she mentioned this the pleasant young woman replied with "you can call customer service and see if they'll give you a discount but they're probably going to keep you on hold forever". My girlfriend likes the phone so rather than take it back and see how they like talking to me and not my girlfriend, we're going to take Verizon up on paying for the cancellation.
