We purchased an 85" TV and were told--very clearly--that the $119.99 "unboxing and setup" service would take care of getting the TV up and running. What actually happened? They showed up, took the TV out of the box, plugged it in, and left. That's it. No remote setup. No WiFi connection. No programming. Nothing. The TV is now literally stuck on one channel and completely unusable unless we figure everything out ourselves--which defeats the entire purpose of paying for "setup" in the first place. When we called to have them correct this, we were told it would be ANOTHER $99.99. That's nearly $220 just to get a functional television--something that should have been done properly the first time. Calling this "setup" is misleading at best and dishonest at worst. Removing a TV from a box and plugging it in is not a premium service--it's the bare minimum. Anyone could do that. This experience feels like a bait-and-switch, and it's incredibly disappointing from a company that's supposed to specialize in electronics. I would strongly caution anyone considering their setup services--make sure you get in writing exactly what they will and will not do, because clearly their definition of "setup" is not what any reasonable customer would expect. Save your money and your time--this was an absolute waste of both.

I did not confuse this store for another store as suggested by the merchant. This ifixandrepair in Toms River "repaired" my cracked phone for $277.22 on 8/18/24 by putting a screen replacement on that started coming off in a month or two when the so-called "warranty" ended. The receipt said "Ocean Retail LLC", but the storefront says iFixandrepair. Then dust and debris got into my phone. I had to get it repaired by a repair shop authorized by Samsung with a similar name: Ubreakifix. They fixed it right (& they put the name of their business on their receipts). I emailed ifixandrepair at the email the receipt was sent to twice, messenger@messaging.squareup.com for a refund & heard nothing in response. The emails did not come back as undeliverable.

It was delivered 2 weeks after I went in and paid for them. On install I asked if they can change the doors so that the dryer was on the left but was told its better the way it is now. They were in a rush and i figured f it... ill do it. 2 days later after install we noticed water in the pedestal. called them and was told not our problem call Electrolux. Had a repair guy come a few days later and said the hose that fills tub was cracked possibly due to someone dropping the unit. They replaced the hose but water had sprayed inside the washer all over componets and still had about an inch of water in bottom of unit that he couldnt get to but said it would evaporate fast. Washer worked for a few days then one day i heard it start by itself... called elecrolux again and repair guy came and said it was the control board. changed it a week later cause he had to order it. Was fine for about another week after board was changed then again, machine started by itself again.... anyway this went on for another 6 months on and off and had more down time then use time. Finally after 9 months of nothing but problems and going back and forth with Electrolux they warrantied it for a replacement. Said original company would replace and install at no charge. Called appliance galley and woman in office said she heard no such thing and they have to wait for a letter from them to replace and then they would have to send a unit to appliance galley for me. Called Electrolux and they said email and letter was already sent and that AG will replace unit from there stock and they get reimbursed from Electrolux. Call AG again and woman answered again statin " that's not how this works and they will not use their stock. LOL. Your a dealer of company why? Again its not our problem. I had to spend another 2 months back n forth fighting and had electrolux hire a company other than APPLiance GALLERY to come deliver washer and install. 11 months after purchase i finally have a working machine . I will never do business with this company nor recommend these nasty ppl. even the owner never returned my calls. Owner, son and woman in office are horrible ppl.... stay far away!
