I went there today, looking for an iPhone 16 Pro and the associate was so rude! I mean beyond…read morebelief! He didn't want us to pick up the phone yet wanted us to consider buying it, but I won't purchase something that I can't pick up and examine, how am I supposed to determine whether I like it or not if I can't pick it up? Make it make sense. It's attached to the security string so it's not going anywhere. In addition, one of the phones was already cracked so you obviously allowed someone to get close enough to pick it up and drop it previously. I've never went to a place to spend hundreds of dollars to be treated so rude and nasty The associate was so arrogant and not customer service friendly whatsoever. I highly recommend you go somewhere else because this place is just not it! It's Christmas Eve for goodness sakes cheer up!!!! We were the only souls in this place so you should've been happy that somebody came in there in the first place. I never see anybody in this place at all. You finally get customers and run them out. My daughters phone was the worst. It was pretty bad. Apparently, when you are a teenage girl, your quality of life is connected to your cell phone. We visited AT&T who was no help at all. The phone repair places in the mall wanted too much money. I had seen the sign outside of this place a few weeks earlier and figured we'd check it out. I didnt like the sadness in my little girl's eyes. Like the mall, screen replacement was too much. But they have a decent selection of phones for a reasonable price. We found a nice replacement for a fair price. They even switched the new phone over and transferred her pics, videos, and contacts. They went above and beyond. Super nice, super fast, excellent value. And there is happiness back in my baby girl's eyes.
