I called and tried to cancel the service and they kept stalling and trying to give me so called deals that really were not very good. They insisted on having a technician come out so if they show up I intend to give them my equipment and cancel with them. I would love to know how much their executives and owners make. The price is outrageous and the service is very poor. As a senior citizen I feel I'm being taken advantage of because they over charge and make it difficult to cancel the subscription.

Most importantly, they hid all the wires (and there were many) in a small closet that now functions as an IT closet without any visible damage to the walls. They worked hard to meet all my demands. Alex was very patient and personable and did a fine job supervising his crew. In the end, the lived up to, and exceeded my expectations of the work they did.
