Make it make sense. It's attached to the security string so it's not going anywhere. In addition, one of the phones was already cracked so you obviously allowed someone to get close enough to pick it up and drop it previously. I've never went to a place to spend hundreds of dollars to be treated so rude and nasty The associate was so arrogant and not customer service friendly whatsoever. I highly recommend you go somewhere else because this place is just not it! It's Christmas Eve for goodness sakes cheer up!!!! We were the only souls in this place so you should've been happy that somebody came in there in the first place. I never see anybody in this place at all. You finally get customers and run them out. She was fantastic and seemed to be the only one there that really knew what was going on. She spent about 45 minutes each time trying to sort out a problem I had with my account. I never felt like she was rushing me and came across as totally trying to remedy an issue. The store is LUCKY to have her there as she is very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant.

She wasn't looking for anything crazy and somehow walks out of the store with an iPhone Pro that she never wanted. They also told her the phone came with a "free Apple watch" which really just meant they were charging her a monthly fee. The Apple watch is also not even attached to her phone number and the sales representative opened a second line onto her account that she now has to pay for. This type of financial deception is a form of elder abuse and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Shame on this store and its employees. Do not visit this store because they will take advantage of you and add additional fees onto your bill that you will be stuck with forever.

So I had called prior and made a 12:30 appointment to trade in my phone. As soon as I stepped inside the place had a funny unpleasant smell to it. Additionally, the store just looked empty, soulless, and depressing. I walk in and no one acknowledges me for a good couple minutes and the person who I made the appointment with Randy wasn't even there. I was told he went to pick up lunch. I was like ok, how long can that really take. I end up waiting 25 minutes... no Randy. In the mean time I hear the other associates say the system is down. I get fed up waiting and go to another associate to see if he can help me. Mind you he did not come up to me and see if I needed help while waiting. He tries to help and can't do anything due to the system being down. While this is happening Randy walks in, 30min late. Pays no heed to me because he forgot the appointment, which was made the same day... Randy did not even care, he did not come up and apologize or anything. It's like he spit on my patronage... I proceeded to walk out and say I will never be returning to this location when the other associate asks if he should call me when the system is up.
