So I had called prior and made a 12:30 appointment to trade in my phone. As soon as I stepped inside the place had a funny unpleasant smell to it. Additionally, the store just looked empty, soulless, and depressing. I walk in and no one acknowledges me for a good couple minutes and the person who I made the appointment with Randy wasn't even there. I was told he went to pick up lunch. I was like ok, how long can that really take. I end up waiting 25 minutes... no Randy. In the mean time I hear the other associates say the system is down. I get fed up waiting and go to another associate to see if he can help me. Mind you he did not come up to me and see if I needed help while waiting. He tries to help and can't do anything due to the system being down. While this is happening Randy walks in, 30min late. Pays no heed to me because he forgot the appointment, which was made the same day... Randy did not even care, he did not come up and apologize or anything. It's like he spit on my patronage... I proceeded to walk out and say I will never be returning to this location when the other associate asks if he should call me when the system is up. He didn't want us to pick up the phone yet wanted us to consider buying it, but I won't purchase something that I can't pick up and examine, how am I supposed to determine whether I like it or not if I can't pick it up? Make it make sense. It's attached to the security string so it's not going anywhere. In addition, one of the phones was already cracked so you obviously allowed someone to get close enough to pick it up and drop it previously. I've never went to a place to spend hundreds of dollars to be treated so rude and nasty The associate was so arrogant and not customer service friendly whatsoever. I highly recommend you go somewhere else because this place is just not it! It's Christmas Eve for goodness sakes cheer up!!!! My daughters phone was the worst. It was pretty bad. Apparently, when you are a teenage girl, your quality of life is connected to your cell phone. We visited AT&T who was no help at all. The phone repair places in the mall wanted too much money. I had seen the sign outside of this place a few weeks earlier and figured we'd check it out. I didnt like the sadness in my little girl's eyes. Like the mall, screen replacement was too much. But they have a decent selection of phones for a reasonable price. We found a nice replacement for a fair price. They even switched the new phone over and transferred her pics, videos, and contacts. They went above and beyond. Super nice, super fast, excellent value. And there is happiness back in my baby girl's eyes.

What nice guys! I…read morebrought my PC in there, because I had an issue with the charging outlet. PC fell on floor and snapped plug, part of the adapter was stuck in the PC. He took the PC to the back got the piece out that he needed to get out and clearly explained to me, I should go get a charger and make sure it charges prior to him doing any work on the computer. I did and now it works. There was no charge. ( i'm PC illiterate, so they could've said anything they want it to me ). That will be my go to place if I have any more issues with my phone or any kind of electronics.
