He didn't want us to pick up the phone yet wanted us to consider buying it, but I won't purchase something that I can't pick up and examine, how am I supposed to determine whether I like it or not if I can't pick it up? Make it make sense. It's attached to the security string so it's not going anywhere. In addition, one of the phones was already cracked so you obviously allowed someone to get close enough to pick it up and drop it previously. I've never went to a place to spend hundreds of dollars to be treated so rude and nasty The associate was so arrogant and not customer service friendly whatsoever. I highly recommend you go somewhere else because this place is just not it! It's Christmas Eve for goodness sakes cheer up!!!! He was thorough, walked me through the process of what we was doing to diagnose the problem with my Samsung TV. Though he delivers bad news about the problem, his service was exceptional and priced fairly. Even after, he took the tv because he donates them to a local trade school. I let him know that Samsung was willing to exchange the television and he was happy to arrange for me to come and pick it up before it was donated it. Great guy. Great business. highly recommend!
