What a gem of a place! Everything you could possibly need plus great customer service. I just needed a replacement protective screen for my phone. A task I have avoided for months due to pervious experiences at Verizons stand alone shops. This was replaced and rung up in minutes plus a guarantee that should it break they will replace it for 50% off. A deal never offered to me before at a stand alone store. Phil and Lewis were outstanding! My 85 year old mom who lives in Florida and has bouts of forgetfulness, was up here from Florida. The Florida people she bought her phone from, over sold her a smart phone, 2 tablets and a personal hub. All of which she didn't need nor could understand how to use. Her smart phone, which made her feel stupid, needed to be replaced with a simple flip phone. I called Lewis and he said to see Phil in his store. We couldn't be more delighted. Phil found my moms passwords so she could finally listen and delete messages that she hadn't received in months. He switched out the smart phone for a flip phone. My dad passed a month back so he had all my dads calls routed to my moms new flip phone. He then gave us a charger. All of this for no charge, nothing. What happened to customer service ? So tired of "call this number" ! Long time Manasquan resident. I have purchased many phones at this store over the years for myself and family. Generally pleased with service but recent experience has me going elsewhere. Not sure if this is Verizon business model or store policy at fault. Needed to replace my I phone after damage from fall. Went to store for solution and promptly advised that i have phone insurance on my plan. Salesman gave me web address for Asurion the insurance provider. Thought this should have been a quick in-store service, but hey no big deal. New phone arrives within a few days all good. Started getting error messages that battery on the not new, but reconditioned phone, is not Apple certified. Battery worked intermittently or would not hold charge. Stopped in to store for help, " Sorry we don't service that, here's the web address for Asurian." Web site could not process, referred me to 800 #. Third visit to store for solution after phone essentially became unusable, smug salesman gives me same " call this number, go to website" BS. After voicing my frustration, he hands me the store phone to make the call to the insurance provider. 30 minutes in the customer service que, finally another phone is ordered. One would think that good service would insure repeat business down the road. Not here, I'm done. Make the sale, provide the service! read more

This Verizon store was wonderful. I had a 4 year old phone that needed everything switched over to a new phone. I could barely charge the old one and it was very frustrating. Rachel patiently spent over 2 hours transferring my contacts and photos. She was so kind and helpful. I also noticed several older people drop in just for help with their phones and the staff was amazing with them. They bought nothing and were assisted for free. :) I highly recommend this Verizon store over all others. I am so grateful I went there. :) read more

I love this Verizon store. These people are not out to make a commission. They are there to actually help their customers and provide good customer service free of charge. They rely on that good customer service so that when a new member of the family actually needs a new phone, you will return and spend your money there. I absolutely will.
