My first visit to this store. Somehow I locked myself out of my own phone on accident. I got there about fifteen minutes before they closed. They were helpful, friendly and professional. They unlocked my phone in under ten minutes. And I paid zero dollars. I wanted to give them a tip. Unfortunately, I did not have cash on me to do that. Replaced my sons iPad screen at Computer Hospital and when I picked it up the battery not hold a charge. Brought it back in they said they fixed it. Still not working . Brought it back again and they said it's the battery and I have to pay. Battery had no issues before I brought it in. They don't care and said it couldn't be related. But I never had an issue before. Then they tried to say I didn't bring it in right away. nothing but grief and now they ruined an 8 year olds iPad. this guy is a crook n ill tell you how i kno .. my moms a lil ol lady w 3 kids tht means tablets ect ect she just brings him money n has no i dea what shes doin prolly makes the perfect sucker for this thief, a lil ol lady w her 3 grandchildren its not just him the phones the cable, they all take advantage of her. so i wet in n bought my broke ipad he said hell call me mon then he said tues then i called n they said there still workin on it n no fix no pay. then i called him after a week n he said oh im workin on the mother board now. get this, so he tells my mother he couldnt fix it n you only get 75 of yr 150 deposit or w/e it was. he just told me he was workin on the mother board to confirm my suspicions of why i only got back half. thts not yr motto isnt yr motto no fix no pay or is it not. if you did labor or parts n it didnt work thts on you. im not tryna to b tht dude n i think its obvious im not pay the respect n pay up! these guys are crooks same as mechanics i worked repairin sewin machines n its terrible what they do they'll charge em 300 for a backwards needle n laugh n bragg afterwards i sense this is nooooo different. trust me look for reveiws build a rappor or w/e dont just keep throwin money at these guys,... unless there really shakin it ya kno hahja read more

I have my iPhone 8 over 2 yrs. I cracked the screen in the corner within the first week of having it. The crack did not impact the usage of the phone so I left it alone. Being this is a company phone I was made aware that the phone is a lease, I need to turn it in and I need to replace the screen. I live literally 1/4 mi from the Computer Hospital, I pass this place just about every time I leave my house. I also pass the sign that says "we fix phone screens". Yet when I knew I needed to fix the screen my initial reaction was to go to the mall kiosk, until I thought of the Computer Hospital. I called 1st, they quoted me and told me it will take about 30 min. I showed up, I was surprisingly impressed by how clean and neat the shop was. I spoke with a worker who I believe was the owner. He reiterated the price and 30 min repair time. He said I could wait or come back. I came back 30 min later. It was ready and the screen looked better than the original. I am very happy with the service here and I will be sure to refer anyone looking to have a screen or computer repaired. read more

I took a chance, and I won. I was visiting my mother at the Jersey shore, and I was in the Heights, dancing to Bon Jovi at Jimbos. my iphone 8 popped out and landed right on the glass. I first tried best buys geek squad, but they didn't have an appointment for days. Enter Damian and his Computer Hospital, and he and his crew were able to get me an OEM/refurbed screen (better than the usual chinese knockoff screens which have bad pictures and create glitches). Damien was prompt and delivered my phone, fix as good as new in 30 minutes. His staff was wonderful to talk to as well. I highly recommend this shop. read more

All in all, very pleased with the results with the repairs Computer Hospital made on my laptop. The bottom piece was cracking where the hinges are and I needed a new battery. My Mac computer wouldn't power on over the Easter Holiday weekend. I was going away for a week, and went into the Computer Hospital on Saturday morning. Dante and Louis (?) took amazing care of me! My computer needed several fixes to make it operable, and Dante took the time to explain all of the possibilities of what might be wrong. I needed a power cord for my laptop. I can get a new one from my warranty company, but it takes weeks. I explained my problem to them, and they found me a used one for $25 rather than sell me a universal cord for $50-$75. I also love the story of the "Nun on the run" who started the company. I had a great experience there. My desktop will not start. They were able to look at it right away. Replace the power supply from a tower they had for sale. I bought a 1 TB drive and case that I will use as backup. They scanned it over within 20 minutes. They could not be more helpfull or nicer. read more

I was visiting my parents and working remotely when my MAC suddenly died. Without a charger, I was faced with driving home or buying a new one. None of the local big box stores had my charger in stock. One last google attempt I found this great business only a few miles away. What a score! I contacted them by phone and they quickly checked their stock. Without promising they would have the correct adapter (life with a MAC), they suggested I bring in my computer b/c they were pretty sure they had what I needed. These guys were awesome. They had a used charger for me that was in almost brand new condition, and for less than 1/3 the price of a new one. They were extremely friendly, honest, outgoing. A lesson learned on 8/9/16. The experience was disappointing to state the least. A failed hard drive which was already known when I entered but it led to a sales visit. The owner searched (surfed) her 'files' for replacements to the Netbook. Gave me a ~$300 repair estimate, She told me the new Laptop would be better w/ a warranty. She was low keyed, skillful at presenting the more expensive options thus the repair would seem like a good deal. Two, a $750 and $450 laptops, were presented. To match the Netbook would take a ~$300 laptop on Amazon.com or Best Buy, not one $200-400 more expensive. The tech started to copy the memory, it would be a $85 charge if the files & OS were transferred and the bill would also have a 1TB memory for $80(?). They did not have (conveniently) a 16 or 32GB flash drive for ~$ 15(?). All seemed an attempt to run up the bill. It could have been more that $450!! Trying to stay local, but they push me to go elsewhere! I felt trapped and manipulated, very skillful con folks there. She (nun or nurse(?)) is now on the 'dark' side'! Look out, go to Best Buy or a more reputable shop... read more

Really saved us! The Computer Hospital was friendly and inviting from the moment we arrived. Enjoyed talking with the owners/ "Doctors". My daughter's hard drive for school was unreadable. Even though we have an extended warrantee that would replace the unit, she needed the files on it and couldn't wait the week + another store had offered. We went to the Computer Hospital the afternoon before Thanksgiving. They immediately checked the unit and started the process to retrieve the files. It was done that evening, but we had missed an important file. So that night, actually closing time, they started the process again and we picked it up first thing Friday morning. I went in to get my iphone screen fixed, and I waited for 20 minutes before the guy stopped his conversation to ask me what I needed. After I said I needed my screen fixed, he told me his "technician" would have to do it, which I waited another 10 minutes... Then I left.. who has all day to wait for someone to help them? If acknowledgement takes that long, who knows how long it takes them to actually fix something! read more
