This place is the best cell repair place I have even been to. It's independently owned, which is probably why it's top of the line in customer service, quality of work, and honest pricing. The tech is always so friendly, pleasant, and the work is always done quickly and efficiently. I've used this business when they were in Brick Plaza, which was fairly close to my home. Now the shop is located on Mantoloking Road which is not so close to my home, but for the quality of service, reasonable and honest pricing, I go out of my way now to go to their new location on Mantoloking Road. So if you need any work done on a cell phone, go to this place. Yo Pull have a positive experience. Not like the place I went to prior to this place, I went to another place for a screen replacement and the tech there confused the screws and when he put them back in he put the long screw through the motherboard and destroyed the phone and did not stand by his work. This is my son's phone ... as I had no choice to use it to make MY review ‼I dropped my phone & it had a black screen with green and red coloring mixed slightly in it. I brought it to this company ONLY a FEW DAYS ago & as I was looking for a new phone so I can transfer all my contacts and info onto the new phone from this old phone "they fixed" (I was told the screen must be fixed in order to transfer to the new phone.) I PAID this company $159 approximately 4 days ago‼ I don't mind paying the money but I didn't even get to buy my new phone and the screen is black and broke AGAIN for NO reason ONLY A FEW DAYS LATER‼I'm hoping when they open today they're going to fix it PROMPTLY as I have SERIOUS medical conditions and need to transfer my contacts onto a new phone ASAP in order to get my medical doctor phone numbers and dates for appointments coming up which can be life or death for me (NO JOKE)‼I should not have to pay $159 for them to say they "fixed"a screen for it to break for no reason, only a few days later! I'm a very unhappy customer until they open today and I see how they're going to accommodate me then I will update my review Kelly....I'm a US Postal Worker who takes pride in accommodating my customers...I have 4 family members who deliver mail to their customers in Bricktown, Ocean County and Monmouth County. Word of mouth is GREAT to promote a Good/Honest/reputable company. The owner reached out to me to try to resolve any issues that I was having, and so I brought my phone back in. He was able to fix everything with my phone. It's working great now and I'm typing up this review on it with no issues. My phone I had repaired was an iPhone 6; It works now like the day I got it. From my initial inquiry to final execution / installation of the battery in my Droid Turbo2 these guys were great. They had to special order the replacement battery and it came in days prior to the anticipated delivery date. I brought my phone in around 10:45 AM, Friday, April 19th and I was out of there in under 1/2 hour. Anders, the tech who worked on my phone ( forgive me if I have the spelling wrong... at least I didn't say "Andrew !!" ) knew exactly what he was doing and made fast time out of the battery replacement that would have probably taken me at least 2 hours. Price for the replacement battery purchase and installation was probably 5% of what I would have had to pay for a new phone, let alone the learning curve on the new operating system and other stupid bells, whistles, and other garbage they pile into your phone. I've brought my kids' phones here a few times when accidents happen. CMR repaired them with no problems in about half an hour. New screens worked just fine. I recommended them to a friend whose iPhone wouldn't turn on. They fixed her phone. It developed problems a few days later. I suggested she bring it back and ask them to stand by their repair. She did, and they repaired the phone again at no charge. If you need a phone repaired in or around Brick, this is the place to go. read more

I hate to leave one star because the workers were very friendly but they repaired my cracked iPhone screen with a screen whose touch features did not work properly. I brought my phone back in and they repaired it again even without my having a receipt. They said the screen they put on was "faulty" but then the screen they replaced it with for a second time still did not work properly because I could not highlight and move the cursor seamlessly. In the end the hundred or so dollars that I spent were a waste because I needed to get a new screen from Apple. The phone works fine now. The quality of their screens are not on par with apple's. read more
