Really disappointed with this place. I came here with hopes of fixing my broken laptop screen and supporting a local small business, but none of that happened. It was a really frustrating experience marred by unfulfilled promises and incredibly slow service. Don't come here if you're looking for a quick repair job. I was very patient and considerate of all the difficulties that may have been involved in the process of replacing my screen, but in the end it seems my understanding was taken advantage of. It took the owner OVER two weeks from the time I handed in my laptop to receive the replacement part and actually get to work on my device. All the while, I was fortunate enough to have an extra company laptop to use at work, because otherwise I would've had nothing. I gave the owner numerous opportunities to say that he simply couldn't do the job, but he refused and kept promising that he could get it fixed. This was valuable time lost that I could've used to take it somewhere else. It took him over three weeks to discover that there may be a fracture in my motherboard. He then finally told me that the computer wouldn't operate with the new screen. I had to get it back with the old screen, still broken, as I couldn't wait any longer. So now, I'm left with a broken computer screen, and after wasting all my time here, I still had to pay for "services". This repair shop is incompetent and unprofessional in terms of time management and customer service. Won't be back. read more

Incompetent. He tried 2x to fix my screen but the corner kept popping out of place; he couldn't get it right, then he ignored my attempts to resolve. To boot, both times he overpromised and undelivered on timing; "ready in 2-3 hours" means 24+ hours. I took it to a place by Applebee's in Brick and it was fixed PROPERLY in an hour and no problems since. read more

On vacation & shattered my IPhone screen. After multiple calls to certified Apple service centers & Apple, decided it was best to go here. Sandra the receptionist was very helpful & knowledgeable. Manny, the owner, could not have been nicer. Great job. Phone ready in less than an hour.
