I placed and order with Home Depot at the end of February for a new opener and insatallation.... I heard nothing for weeks. When I asked Home Depot, on numerous occasions, they said Liberty had to call me. I called Liberty and got voicemails. I called back many times , left my name and number and no return calls. Weeks went by...Nothing!!!!. I called again. When I finally got a person they sent me to another number. I called there..... again nothing. Finally I got somone who scheduled my installation for today, April 24th. I believe they would have never called me if I had not called them. They told me between 2 and 3 PM. I took the day off and guess what? No one shows up on time. I call them and they tell me the installers should be there soon. Then they called back and said they would be there by 5:30. Too Late!... Cancel my order. Horrible communiccation, horrible customer service ! am betting their installations are of the same caliber. Its a shame. Miami Somers was a good company but when Liberty bought them they went way down hill.

Called David and as is customary, he picked up the phone and I informed him of the situation. David said to give him a bit of time and he would call me back. True to his word, which is the norm with David, he did and informed me that one of his techs, Alejandro, would be arriving in 15-20 minutes, which he did. Alejandro assessed the situation and had the necessary parts in his truck to perform the repair on the spot, which he did flawlessly. He also performed a tune up and lubricated all of the necessary components. The garage door is in perfect working order thanks to Alejandro. David is a consummate professional and there is a reason for the word Reliable as part of this business' name - it's because they are. Reliable and outstanding knowledge and technical expertise. The representative was very upfront (he'd never done one before) and was very cautious but meticulous, looking at templates that came with the cat door, measuring the garage door (which had structural ridges), etc. etc. He said, "I believe I can do it", and he did a GREAT job.
