Tim said he'd get back to me and let me know when he could get us on the schedule. That was a month ago. I can't speak the quality of their work, but I can objectively say there is a fair chance the company will waste you time and then not show you the respect of calling you back. I understand if they were too busy for the job or didn't want it for some reason, but not why Tim disrespected us, wasted our time, and acted unprofessionally by agreeing to do the jobs in the first place. I'd recommend starting with another contractor with more reviews and an established reputation of professionalism. You didn't challenge any of the material details of my review. A semantic argument about the definition of "ghosting?" I don't consider you telling me you'd get me on the schedule after accepting your bid and then not scheduling the work "a mutual dodge." I consider it an objectively unprofessional waste of my time. You were secretly offended by me getting multiple bids on a large job? Really? At the time, you said it was fine. I guess that wasn't honest. The bottom line is, attention to small details makes or breaks a job when it comes to home renovation. When a contractor shows you they can't get large details right (Like remembering to schedule your job after meeting and multiple calls discussing the job), that speaks to how likely they are to get the small details of the work right. Well we decided to go ahead with them doing our kitchen. They then have their subcontractors who actually do the work. Plumbers and electricians are good. Drywall guy was a different story. All he did was complain. I was told by the initial salesperson if I did the demolition of the kitchen they would repair the walls. This included patching holes, large areas where soffits were removed, etc. This was complaint number one, but the worh was done. A doorway was slightly damaged during demo. "I'm not supposed to reair that" was the drywall subs feeling. It;s part of the wall I thought. Anyway, and I'm sorry now I did this, we made an agreement for $75 for him to repair the doorway. no one was to know. Next problem is the result of a credit due me because of the decision not to add molding to the top of the cabinets. I expected a credit from Home Depot. I was told a check was coming from Travarelli directly. Well that check was to be sent to me about three weeks ago. Make a call - "it;s on my desk. I'll get it out tomorrow." Wait a couples of days, call again. "I have been so busy haven't made it into office. I'll get it done." Wait again. Get a call from Bookkeeper. "We have a check for. Are you coming in for it or are we mailling it?" It is now five days and still no check. Medford and Cherry Hill are next to one another!! I want my money thats all. I don't need a run around or else I do this letter writing.

It brings no pleasure to write this review but I need to share my experience with Micheal Snow. We…read morehired him to install some doors, paint and possibly build into a walled off closet. He started the project off with hanging new doors on two bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom turned out well but he redid the baseboard outside of the bathroom and we noticed that the caulk was already separating from the wall with a few days. The upstairs bathroom door was damaged on the back as I have posted in the pictures and the baseboard across from the doorway was slightly damaged as if something banged into it and chipped out paint. In additional the door jam was not sanded smooth and had exposed screws. We brought the damage and chip to his attention and he stated he would fix it, he did not. Because of these issues we decided not to go forward with punching out the wall and just paint our children's room. Let it be noted that we requested a certain week for the work to done because we wanted it to be finished as I had the following week off work to furnish and redecorate our teen and tween's bedrooms. Micheal did not come in that week until Tuesday, painted our son's room and repainted a portion of a wall next to the downstairs bathroom. He came back Wednesday and Thursday and told us he couldn't come back until Tuesday, which we were not happy with. We noticed the poor paint job in our son's room where the ceiling and wall meet, we could see the previous paint color bleeding through, holes that were not spackled and trim that just was not painted. We brought that to his attention and he painted some of the trim that was not painted at all and said he didn't spackle because he just assumed we would put that same artwork in the same area even though we told him we were redoing their rooms for their age. After all was said and done, we can still see the old paint color coming through on certain areas and his reply to that was that the people at Sherwin Williams told him he didn't need to prime and that two coats would work. I knew he would say that he didn't need to prime with the new paints they have out but my son's room was a bright green, it needed primer. When we brought the issue of the caulking seperating both in my daughter's room and downstairs he said we didn't discuss caulking. I've had houses professionally painted and caulking was always done before painting. This person is not a professional painter, do not hire him for that. The bathroom doors are hung but he only painted one coat, did not smooth out the rough edges, repair damage on the upstairs door, left paint marks on my upstairs tile floor, as well as pencil marks on the wall behind the the downstairs bathroom door. It's unfortunate when you hire someone to perform a professional job and their is work is poor, amateur at best. Frustrated we will have to have someone else in to repair and finish the work he was hired for.

He changed out all the blinds on my windows and installed the ones I bought. He painted all of the trim on the windows, giving them a much-needed facelift. My favorite item was his painting of my bedroom wall, a deep, rich blue. It transformed how the room looked. He also took care of a few odds and ends for which he didn't charge me. Overall, I was very happy with Mike's work and the ease of scheduling.
