We had our full roof done from ARP in 2016. Post that we had multiple leaks , one in 2021 and now again in 2025. Insurance denied the claim stating that the roof was not installed correctly (new shingles installed on top of old shingles). We called ARP multiple times but they didn't take ownership to fix the issue. We are at a situation where we have to now pull money from our pocket to reinstall the entire roof. If you want peace of mind i would suggest to go with other roofing company than ARP. I"ll not recommend ARP read more

I needed my 20+ year old roof replaced so I did my homework. Narrowed it down to 3 companies. ARP, Fitzgerald and World Roofing. World came with a sales guy, did the whole 1 hour "why we are so great" spill, then offered a price that would take me 10 yrs to pay off (18% interest). Fitzgerald was a similar offer but the guy was smart enough not to waste my time with the whole "why we are so great" spill. ARP came and they assumed I wanted to go through my insurance company which is I think is what they specialize in but I wanted to pay straight up. They gave me a price that was literally half of what the other two was charging for the same 50 yr lifetime shingled roof! Sold! It took about a month to get to me but two days to actually do my roof. Workers couldn't speak a lick of English but they got the job done. I would give them a A- on cleanup but the roof looks good. I had noticed a hole in my roof that was leaking water profusely and had called a few other repair places, who quoted me between $700 and $1,600. I found ARP and was contacted by Andy. He came out right away because I told him the job was urgent. He came back within a few days and fixed the leak. The job was quickly and efficiently done! The pricing is very reasonable and whole procedure was done excellently from beginning to end! I would definitely hire him again. read more

Horrible customer service. The ARP representative (John Losasso-General Manager/Operator) did not show up at the agreed upon time, and was blatantly rude and obnoxious to the insurance adjuster for no reason. Completely inappropriate business behavior. We had to ask John to leave our property because he was being rude to the insurance adjuster, and was potentially ruining our chances at getting our claim processed for roof repairs. When we spoke to the owner (Andrew Polloc), he defended his employee without even hearing any part of the situation, and then proceeded to try to charge us for "representing" us to the adjuster. That's right, they wanted to charge us for representing them when WE had to ask THEM TO LEAVE. THEN, he tried to charge us a cancellation fee of over $500!! The insurance adjuster said he knew before he even got out of the car that they would be repairing our roof, he never once was denying our claim, and in addition, he said that John was saying things which would have caused our claim to be denied. Luckily the adjuster was an upstanding man, or we would have been denied a claim based on the ignorance of the ARP representative. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ARP RENOVATION. If you do decide to try them out, record everything with your phone or video camera! Horrible customer service, horrible business practices. read more

If I could give them a ZERO rating, I would. I honestly don't know how a company like this stays in business. They gave my fiance' a quote and when the GM (John) came out to review everything before they began, he refused to do what was agreed upon. He then proceeded to snatch the deposit check from my fiance's hand and sprint to his truck, all the while yelling obscenities at her (No, I am not making any of this up, this really happened). He said he was going straight to the bank to cash the check. Luckily, my fiance' was able to put a stop payment on it prior to him cashing it. An absolute disgrace of a company and I can see from the other reviews that there have been SEVERAL other issues with this company. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They came to our house last summer. Told us they had done a number of houses in our neighborhood. Inspected our roof and determined we had hail damage and that we could file a claim to get the roof replaced. They said they would do the job for whatever the insurance company was going to pay. Once the claim went through and we sent them the first part of the payment, they gave us a date when they would do the work. This was starting to push into the late fall and early winter. They didn't show up when they said they would. After multiple calls they said that weather had pushed them back. They kept putting us off and putting us off telling us not to worry about it. Once winter came they told us they could not work safely on the roof. They kept assuring us that we had plenty of time despite our mortgage company and insurance company inquiring about the work. Finally, after many more calls and some convincing, they told us they would get it done as soon as possible. Without any notice materials showed up one day and they showed up the next. My wife was home, but recovering from a car accident and in no condition to monitor their work. She did notice that they did not drape the house in tarps. As night fell she tried to turn on the television and it wasn't working. She asked the guys why the TV wasn't working and they said they removed the satellite dish from the roof. My wife then called me to tell me what was going on and I immediately rushed home. By the time I go home, the job foreman was gone and only a bunch of workers that spoke little English were cleaning up in the dark. They had cut my satellite dish completely off the roof and tossed it in the dumpster. I called the owner and asked him why they did that. He was apologetic, and said he would talk to the foreman and assured me they would make it right. Little did I know that was just the beginning. We found other evidence of damage to the outside of the house, along with trash strewn throughout the front and back yard. We found dozens of roofing nails, cigarette butts, and trash. The yard was also covered in the gravel like material the shingles were made of and every time we went into the backyard we tracked this garbage into our house. An outlet on our porch was not working. They had a compressor hooked up to it. They also had to fix the compressor at one point and there were oil stains on our pavers on the front porch and walkway. The owner sent a worker back the next day to attempt to fix the stains and trash, but his idea of clean was nowhere near my standards as we were still finding nails and butts and other garbage. He also failed to get the stains off. After another call to the owner he said he would send a contractor over to fix the problems with the stains. He did his best but admitted that he could not remove it completely. The owner would also not take responsibility for the outside outlet. He also never fixed two dryer vent covers that they broke. Despite numerous calls, he never returned them, probably assuming that he had done all he needed to do or simply that we would give up and go away. Over the months to come, we found more damage. Ripped screens and black streaks on our siding from shingles that were thrown off the room and had come back and struck the house. Also a broken lighting fixture on the front of our garage. Obviously fuming from how my property was treated and never having dealt with a roofing company before, I spoke with an acquaintance whose husband was a roofer. I described what happened and he said that those things would have never have happened on a job he was foreman on. The house would have been draped, nobody would have been permitted to smoke on the job and the property would have been left the same way it was before they started. It is blatantly obvious that this company does not care about their clients or their property. The disrespect they showed for my home and property was like nothing I have ever dealt with before when dealing with contractors. The level of unprofessionalism was staggering and I wish I would have seen the signs or talked to somebody before I ever signed a contract with them. Don't make the same mistake I did. The workers that came to my house were SO unprofessional. One of the workers i caught on camera TAKING A PISS behind my damn garage! He and his coworkers were laughing about it! I've never been so disrespected. We were not even notified about them coming that day. They just showed up a month early without any notice! I picked up so much left over trash from them (cigarette buds, lolli pop stems, a bunch of food left on the front of my street). Never will recommend these guys to anyone. They got the job done, but having them there while they did it made me feel like I could not even leave my house because i feared of what they'd do if i wasn't home. Not to mention, they also damaged a bunch of my things and never bothered to let us know. We found out by finding them broken after they left. Super unprofessional. read more

Do not , under any circumstances, use these guys. First, they took 7 days to do a 1 day job. They never showed up on time and they took 2 hour lunches. Second, they did very poor quality work. Less than a year after installation, work is literally falling down. Third, they run a very shady business. Work specified in the contract was not completed and they tried to hide it. read more

i signed a contract with arp on 3/2/2017 to have a roof installed on my residence in delran nj. i submitted a deposit check in the amount of over $6000. to arp the week of may 5, 2017. when calling to inquire on an estimated start date i have been told more than once "due to weather" they are behind in schedule. DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR!! After waiting 3 months for ARP to replace the roof on our house, they provided 3 different dates of which they did not show up. Made excuses that they were backed up and it was raining. It did not rain for 3 months everyday! When they finally showed up it was unannounced and they begin throwing debris off the roof while 2 of my cars were still parked in the driveway. The following are a list of complaints that I tried to address with Andy who said I was talking foolishness, refused to speak with me because I would not engage in a confrontation with him, and demanded to speak with my husband: 1) the molding on the roof was not done as stated in the contract 2) the workers trampled all over my flower bed in the backyard 3) the workers damaged the land scape lights in the front yard (they were left bent, disassembled, and thrown under the hedges) 4) a huge metal crane was pulled up in the drive way which further damaged a small crack in my concrete driveway. Andy refuses to repair. 5) I informed Andy that the crane should have been left in the street in to avoid damaging the driveway. He replied that the township does not allow cranes to be left on the street. I then informed him that his company left the crane on the street for my neighbor's roof replacement so why was my house different. 6) It is day 2 and the crane is still in my driveway ], which is blocking me from getting another car out of my garage. 7) Andy called my husband who is being hospitalized and told a lie that I did not want to speak with him and threatened my husband that he would see us in court! Take a hard pass on these guys. They came out and did an emergency job for us last summer after a storm caused a bad leak. They patched our roof and recommended another contractor to do the interior work. They convinced us that we needed an entirely new roof, and we had a months-long battle between ARP, our insurance, and our HOA. We signed a contract with them, then went about getting the permits for the work. Dropped the permit paperwork off with them mid-March, never heard from them. About six weeks later we asked them about a timeline for the completion. They flat-out told us that they refused to do the work because our HOA didn't approve 3D shingles (totally out of our control) and they would not use "obsolete" materials.This was never discussed as being a "deal-breaker". They demanded immediate payment for the emergency work (um, we had already paid them) and said we'd need to find another roofer. I think they need to be informed that just because a newer version of something exists, it doesn't mean that previous iterations are "obsolete". After reminding them that we had a contract with them, they relented and said they'd do the work, but no warranty, once again citing the "obsolete" shingles. Once again, I'm pretty sure the warranty is in the contract. Not really feeling like doing battle with them or giving them more money, we cut our losses and are looking into another roofing company to complete the job. Word to the wise: a pleasant demeanor, communication, and good customer service go a long way. Word of mouth is bread and butter in this business, and I will steering people far, far away from ARP. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. They don't deserve any stars. This company is a scam. They try to get you to file claims with your home owners insurance for "storm" damage to your roof. Allowed them to do an inspection. Was then told I owed $$ for repairs that were never done. Cancelled all proposals in legal time allowed. Still received notice from an attorney for non payment. Really bad had roof replaced 2009 was leaking right away from a sky light.Aancendy would not call me back.From the beginning this sky light leaked he would not come out and fix it.Now it's really bad insurance will only cover inside damage if you are thinking of using this guy don't do it!. read more
