Terrible cust service. Was literally told by the owners son , " Once the appliane leaves here its not our problem"! Spent 3000 on a washer dryer pair. Was told it was the best they had. It was delivered 2 weeks after I went in and paid for them. On install I asked if they can change the doors so that the dryer was on the left but was told its better the way it is now. They were in a rush and i figured f it... ill do it. 2 days later after install we noticed water in the pedestal. called them and was told not our problem call Electrolux. Had a repair guy come a few days later and said the hose that fills tub was cracked possibly due to someone dropping the unit. They replaced the hose but water had sprayed inside the washer all over componets and still had about an inch of water in bottom of unit that he couldnt get to but said it would evaporate fast. Washer worked for a few days then one day i heard it start by itself... called elecrolux again and repair guy came and said it was the control board. changed it a week later cause he had to order it. Was fine for about another week after board was changed then again, machine started by itself again.... anyway this went on for another 6 months on and off and had more down time then use time. Finally after 9 months of nothing but problems and going back and forth with Electrolux they warrantied it for a replacement. Said original company would replace and install at no charge. Called appliance galley and woman in office said she heard no such thing and they have to wait for a letter from them to replace and then they would have to send a unit to appliance galley for me. Called Electrolux and they said email and letter was already sent and that AG will replace unit from there stock and they get reimbursed from Electrolux. Call AG again and woman answered again statin " that's not how this works and they will not use their stock. LOL. Your a dealer of company why? Again its not our problem. I had to spend another 2 months back n forth fighting and had electrolux hire a company other than APPLiance GALLERY to come deliver washer and install. 11 months after purchase i finally have a working machine . I will never do business with this company nor recommend these nasty ppl. even the owner never returned my calls. Owner, son and woman in office are horrible ppl.... stay far away! read more

Bought a refrigerator, washer and dryer from Kevin Jr. who was a great salesperson. The problem is he sold me a refrigerator that was defective (never properly functioned and always leaked internally) and he flatly refused to allow me to return/exchange as requested several times during the course of the past three months and four repair attempts (and counting). During that time, my floors have been ruined by this appliance. I have been told continually by Kevin Jr that I need to personally contact the manufacturer and get a return authorization for Appliance Gallery to take it back and also file a claim for the floor damage. (Despite numerous attempts, I can not reach the manufacturer that is not accepting calls at this time.) I had told Kevin that I would be willing to buy a more expensive refrigerator if he exchanged it, but evidently that made no difference to him. When completely frustrated, I asked why he would expect me to deal with the manufacturer when he sold me a broken machine. It arrived to me broken. He simply said, "This is how the industry works." I suggested that Appliance Gallery deal with the manufacturer and refurbish the machine, possibly for resale. Kevin told me they could not recoup enough by doing that. So now I am stuck with the broken refrigerator and I'm on my own in trying to contact the manufacturer. Today I let Kevin know that I was surprised and frustrated with his position after purchasing three appliances from him within a few weeks, and that I was at the point that I would probably not want to buy from him again unless he could make this right and exchange the appliance as he should have done initially. I was told he didn't care if I never bought from Appliance Gallery again or if I told anyone not to use them. Nice customer service, right? After reading the reviews of Appliance Gallery, I decided to give them a try. ...So glad I did. Jim spent a lot of time with me explaining the capacities of various models and based on my needs and space constraints, suggested a model that would be suitable.I respected his recommendation and bought both a washer and dryer, and am delighted with the performance of both machines.. Delivery men were on time, polite, efficient and took the time to review the operation of both appliances. My advice: Don't buy an appliance without visiting Appliance Gallery. The owner was very nice He said we would get our washer in a week, and it was being delivered on time. My wife answered the door and didn't tell the guy to put on a mask I came in, with mine one, and saw he didn't have one I politely told him he needed to put one on I even said that I likely had covid 19 a while back He walked out, I assumed to get his mask I went into the yard to pick up dog poo and my wife quickly called me He yelled at her saying we should have told them and the he wasn't going to deliver the washer. I cam out and he and his partner were so ignorant they didn't understand THEIR masks protect US and OUR protect them. The 2nd driver said he had a child and couldn't risk bringing the virus home, without a shred of understanding that he partner would be the cause of that for coning without a mask and that they two of them sharing the truck would be infecting each other I called the store and the owner didn't care they did it He didn't charge me, but showed ZERO concern for his employees risking the health and lives of others. Without a doubt the best appliance dealer in Ocean County! Customer satisfaction is their #1 concern. I purchased ALL my appliances from them 12 years ago when we built our home. Just went back for a new washer and dryer (old ones still worked however). Compared their prices and they were lower than Sears for same make/model!
