I called the Verizon help center and my insurance DOES cover hardware issues out of my control, and what do you know there is no deductible to pay. Your staff were trying to get my to spend money and were so rude about actually trying to help me. Also the men I spoke with at this store should all be wearing their masks FULLY and not just covering their mouths. The men I talked to kept removing their mask in front of me. If you really care about your customers, public safety and health, you would enforce proper mask protocol for your employees at all times!

He tried to put it off as long as it could because you know every time you come in one of these stores they just want to try to sell you the upgraded version of your phone. Now his Galaxy is probably about 3 years old so it's not as upgraded as it could be. Surprisingly when we went in there, there was just a few customers and the first thing they did was try to repair the phone. They didn't push a new phone on him. Of course they asked him if he wanted to upgrade but as he gets attached to things he did not. So the technician kept the phone for about 30 minutes and did some upgrades on it and voila his phone is working without issue. Customer service was good. Thanks Tmobile.

Less than a month later my phone stopped working and when I went in I was met with a ,"yeah, their recalled, you can have this" and was literally given a free phone. After the manager Keith was extremely inappropriate, hostile, and quite frankly, aggressive, the owner was contacted so I could at least receive a partial refund. 110$ was given and an excuse that Keith has mental illnesses that make him unable to control his emotions. I have never felt more uncomfortable and threatened in a place in my entire life. He didn't even finish setting up the free phone. He just made comments like "whomp whomp" and "it is what it is". I will never come here again. I will drive over an hour to another metro store. I suggest everyone does the same.

They ran some tests and determined something was wrong with the speaker. The owner of the company came out and said he had a very good relationship with Klipsch and would take care of it for me. They kept in good contact with me on the status of the repair and fixed it as good as new. I know you can order things online and even find some of the products they sell in box stores, however you will not get the level of treatment I received at Jamieson's. The price I paid for the speaker was the same price I could have ordered it online, but I never knew I was going to get the support and professionalism for no additional charge. Service was everything in this situation. If I had purchased it online, I would have a nearly 70 lb broken speaker and not a clue of what to do or how to fix it. Thank you Jamieson's, you have earned a customer for life. I highly recommend this company for all of your audio/video needs.
