Boost had no mobile hotspots available in the store so I was forced to buy one online. Because it was purchased online, they flat out refused to take it in the store. In-associates are useless. Because I was essentially cornered into purchasing the hotspot online, they would not help me return the item in the store. Instead, they made me call up some call center in India and be bounced around from representative to representative without any answers. I was on the phone for one to two hours PER DAY with no resolution to the problem. TERRIBLE customer service all around. Furthermore, they only give customers a small window of time to return items, certainly not enough time to make sure it actually works in your home. Shady business practices. BUYER BEWARE!

Well the person that was helping me(lol) was trying to convince me that he knew more a but the phone then the company that made it but in reality he didn't know as much as a 5 year old and probably shouldn't be working there but hey you never know what he brings to the store. So from now on I just don't go there I do it all online and if not I drive to a cell phone store in Dunkirk.

At first I was told that the screen protectors were non-refundable. However, I then spoke with the Manager, Ena. Not only was she courteous, professional, and understanding of my issue, but she was technically savvy and knowledgeable about the products I purchased. She told me that there would be no issue providing me a replacement, since my issues arose and were presented within the 30 day window. She then explained to me how to change my screen sensitivity, which then fixed my problem. When my screen protector then somehow got mangled while in my pocket, and when I started experiencing the dropped calls and network issues, I brought my phone in. The gentleman who first started to help me (can't recall his name) was very understanding and was a cool and chill dude. Ena then explained it was an issue with the 5G service being incompatible with an area that only had 4G towers. They replaced my sim card with a 4G one for free, and then also provided me a brand new screen protector that they also installed for free. In summary, I am very satisfied with the staff of this Verizon store and how they were able to address my issues at no cost to me. While the compatibility issue does present a concern with the product as I paid for a 5G phone and am only able to use 4G, that is a separate issue altogether. I just want to thank Ena and the gentleman for being professional and courteous and for successfully addressing my issues. Will add that Ena has an impressive breadth of product knowledge and I am very fortunate to have had her address my issues.

This review is an update to my last. Oh what I fool I was! I should never have trusted Verizon much less a Verizon reseller. It has given them a magical opportunity of blame and no accountability or satisfaction. Last I was here I gifted my father a new iPhone taking advantage of a similar promotion AT&T was running that worked great for me as an AT&T customer - an old iPhone trade-in for up to $800. Fast forward and long story short my parents never received the credit on the phone my father traded in. Verizon places blame on Victra. They have washed their hands of the whole matter and walked away. Victra is blaming the original salesman. They state he processed the paperwork wrong or something - the story keeps changing but he is their convenient scapegoat. Whether Verizon ever received the phone I do not know but we have no recourse and Verizon and Victra is not accepting any accountability for the failure of their employees. I wish I could tell my past self to stay away from such a store as Verizon is notorious for their poor customer service and I can see Victra is no better. We even contacted the email that they left in the previous review and never received a response. It has been a bitter pill to swallow but I say to you, dear reader, if you want to avoid frustration and over-spending don't go here for that is all you will find.

Armstrong always suspects the customer as the problem. However, after all of these years, and many, many escalations, the issues still exist and appear to be getting worse. They downgrade the network, then ask you to upgrade after they lie to you and tell you they upgraded you?
