    Beware! Store Manager Jeff Henry is unscrupulous and…read moreunprofessional. He took advantage of our mentally disabled family member to make a sale, add on unnecessary fees and lock in a contract. Instead of helping our disabled veteran with his iphone technical issue, he sold him a new phone (unneeded, the old one just needed to be reset), a new tablet (with 2 year contract) and about $200 in additional fees. In setting up his new phone, he did not use the correct apple ID, and so none of the apps, emails, photos, etc. downloaded. This issue had to be fixed later by family members so that the device was setup correctly. (BTW, there was a $20 service fee for the privilege of Jeff screwing this up). The crappy tablet with the 2 year contract broke within the first month. When we went to the store to rectify, he acted as though he could do nothing, kept us waiting on on hold with technical support for 40 minutes, eventually hung up, and nothing was ever resolved. The worst customer service, especially from the "store manager". We later took our issue to an *actual* Verizon store, not this greedy 3rd party "authorized dealer" and between the in-store staff and the phone support, we got the help we needed. Unless you have a lot of extra money you want to waste (and put in Jeff Henry's pocket) I would advise you to steer clear of this location.

    I purchased a Galaxy S21 Ultra and was having difficulties with the screen protector that cost $64,…read moreand also with dropped calls and trying to pick up a network. At first I was told that the screen protectors were non-refundable. However, I then spoke with the Manager, Ena. Not only was she courteous, professional, and understanding of my issue, but she was technically savvy and knowledgeable about the products I purchased. She told me that there would be no issue providing me a replacement, since my issues arose and were presented within the 30 day window. She then explained to me how to change my screen sensitivity, which then fixed my problem. When my screen protector then somehow got mangled while in my pocket, and when I started experiencing the dropped calls and network issues, I brought my phone in. The gentleman who first started to help me (can't recall his name) was very understanding and was a cool and chill dude. Ena then explained it was an issue with the 5G service being incompatible with an area that only had 4G towers. They replaced my sim card with a 4G one for free, and then also provided me a brand new screen protector that they also installed for free. In summary, I am very satisfied with the staff of this Verizon store and how they were able to address my issues at no cost to me. While the compatibility issue does present a concern with the product as I paid for a 5G phone and am only able to use 4G, that is a separate issue altogether. I just want to thank Ena and the gentleman for being professional and courteous and for successfully addressing my issues. Will add that Ena has an impressive breadth of product knowledge and I am very fortunate to have had her address my issues.

    This is a mixed review . . . First I will give an overview, then I will review the customer…read moreservice, and lastly, I will review the technicians that have been to our home. Firstly, I have been a Windstream DSL and Land-line customer for many (20+) years. I signed up back in the day for a special lifetime price deal, my internet and phone service were supposed to stay the same price for life. I noticed some years ago, that the price kept creeping higher and higher, but I couldn't find my original contract, so now I am stuck with very high prices. It's so high, in fact, that sometimes I think about cancelling, and just sticking with my mobile phone, but in my rural area, the mobile signal is very poor, so I need the land-line and DSL internet (even though the internet isn't that fast, it's faster than a mobile phone with only one bar). Phone Customer Service . . . When you call the number for customer service, you used to get a local person that knew what they were talking about, and would get you fixed up. Now, you get some call center, probably in a foreign country, because they sometimes don't speak English very well, and don't always understand you. Sometimes you get someone who is able to create a trouble ticket for you, and sometimes you get someone who spends twenty minutes going round and round, and in the end says I'll transfer you to someone else that doesn't help you, or says that someone will return your call (they don't return the calls). Also if you call and get a recording and leave a message, they don't return your call either. It can be very frustrating. Lastly, I have been 100% satisfied with our two local technicians, Bob and Bobby (No relation). They have been out to our house to fix our internet and no dial tone problems three times in the last few months. They were always able to get things up and running on the day they arrive. The second to last visit, they told me that the wiring going into our home was the most likely culprit as to why we were having problems, so we rescheduled a day, at my convenience, where they would come out and do that. They arrived at or before the scheduled time, and got the job done, quickly and professionally. I have nothing but good things to say about Bob and Bobby, FIVE STARS to them . . . Cheers!! As for customer support . . . one star review . . . and a big fat Jeers!! There is lots of room for improvement in this company, and I hope that they get it together, because there isn't a lot of choice out here in the country for phone service.

My bank has written a letter that I have sent to Proof. com and also to Investigation. com. I am now told to contact my bank and treat this as a fraud charge. You have got to be kidding me!!!!
