After trying the…read moreinternet, I canceled within the time period to not be charged via online staff chat (great experience). I also wanted to return devices - after trying them we realized they were not capable of doing what we needed. Online staff told me I could go to any T-Mobile and there would be notes in my account for what needed to be done. I regrettably arrived at the store to closing, in which I apologized for and even apologized for and asked to simply do the return and I could come back for new devices. I needed to complete the returns without the window of time for buyers remorse. Not only was I met with a very unprofessional "you're not welcome" vibe and tone from the staff, I was also treated like a idiot and a liar - that there was no way they would have told me to come in store for the return if I bought online. Skipping to the end - they keep the home Internet (which I purchased online as well ) - I made sure to get a receipt. They refused the return of the devices. They were clearly more concerned with it being closing time than helping a customer, so they gave me a pretty pink bag and sent me on my way to call customer care (a number not voluntary given, but I have to ask for). I understand there is a line between online sales and in store purchases (the big ones being sales not wanting to do anything for no commission) but there needs to be a clear understanding of these policies. However attached is a screenshot from the T-Mobile website found under the description of returns and exchanges. Maybe this location needs to be retrained - as this states it can be done at any T-Mobile store for online purchases also the closed store for me is 30 minutes away so this was a waste of time and gas.

This is a mixed review . . . First I will give an overview, then I will review the customer…read moreservice, and lastly, I will review the technicians that have been to our home. Firstly, I have been a Windstream DSL and Land-line customer for many (20+) years. I signed up back in the day for a special lifetime price deal, my internet and phone service were supposed to stay the same price for life. I noticed some years ago, that the price kept creeping higher and higher, but I couldn't find my original contract, so now I am stuck with very high prices. It's so high, in fact, that sometimes I think about cancelling, and just sticking with my mobile phone, but in my rural area, the mobile signal is very poor, so I need the land-line and DSL internet (even though the internet isn't that fast, it's faster than a mobile phone with only one bar). Phone Customer Service . . . When you call the number for customer service, you used to get a local person that knew what they were talking about, and would get you fixed up. Now, you get some call center, probably in a foreign country, because they sometimes don't speak English very well, and don't always understand you. Sometimes you get someone who is able to create a trouble ticket for you, and sometimes you get someone who spends twenty minutes going round and round, and in the end says I'll transfer you to someone else that doesn't help you, or says that someone will return your call (they don't return the calls). Also if you call and get a recording and leave a message, they don't return your call either. It can be very frustrating. Lastly, I have been 100% satisfied with our two local technicians, Bob and Bobby (No relation). They have been out to our house to fix our internet and no dial tone problems three times in the last few months. They were always able to get things up and running on the day they arrive. The second to last visit, they told me that the wiring going into our home was the most likely culprit as to why we were having problems, so we rescheduled a day, at my convenience, where they would come out and do that. They arrived at or before the scheduled time, and got the job done, quickly and professionally. I have nothing but good things to say about Bob and Bobby, FIVE STARS to them . . . Cheers!! As for customer support . . . one star review . . . and a big fat Jeers!! There is lots of room for improvement in this company, and I hope that they get it together, because there isn't a lot of choice out here in the country for phone service.

My bank has written a letter that I have sent to Proof. com and also to Investigation. com. I am now told to contact my bank and treat this as a fraud charge. You have got to be kidding me!!!!
