I am a clinical nurse specialist with specialization in ADHD. Following a few years of insufficient…read moreaccess to medical treatment for ADHD, I was pleased to be able to offer the medical component of care at my office through a physician who sees patients in need of medication management one day each month. After review of history, PDMP verification, vital signs, and collaboration involving a review of the patient record, Dr. Smith spends 30 minutes with each patient. As this affiliation was developing, I sought consultation from Brent Robertson, lead pharmacist at Oil City, PA CVS. He agreed to accept paper rx's and advised me about requirements such as format and tamper-proof paper. Dr. Smith saw patients in my office on 5/9/25 and 6/23/25. No questions were asked in regard to filling rx's provided in May, but, in June, a new pharmacist (Jen Nick) who demonstrated inadequate understanding of ADHD (belief that Adderall is a narcotic and that persons taking this shouldn't be driving) refused to fill Adderall prescriptions for my patients. I was sure that Brent would resolve this problem when he returned on 6/30. To my astonishment, he informed me that CVS would no longer fill any prescriptions from my office! Among the reasons given to my patients were fraud, insufficient physician time with patient, suspicions about rx legitimacy, etc. When I tried to explain the situation, he became angry and flatly refused to continue discussing. When I tried to talk to store manager Mike Walentoski He was downright rude. Oil City is an economically depressed community which is underserved in mental health. With recent closing of Rite Aide. Pharmacy, choices are even more limited. Research confirms a high incidence of motor vehicle accidents as well as other unfortunate outcomes in untreated individuals with ADHD. This suddenly imposed and unwarranted obstacle to treatment of ADHD creates unnecessary risks for individuals and the community and impugns the reputation of a dedicated mental health agency. I would appreciate a phone call to discuss this significant problem. They are all acting like it's an inconvenience to be telling people that they are closed while all outside gossiping about each person that shows up and saying making rude comments about them as they leave. Had to pick my sister in law up and wait in the parking lot and listened to all of them act completely unprofessional. They would hang their head and say how many f***ing people do we have to tell that this store is f***ing closed. Totally unprofessional. Not shopping here again.

Seems the cashier put several (no less than 7) large cans in each bag. I felt bad for her and suggested she go inside to possibly get a refund or replacements for what was ruined. She said she'd just go home and report it and try to take care of it later, since it was over 90 degrees outside and she had ice cream and some meat, vegetables, etc... Seems I got the same cashier because it was a pain for her to repeat things to me (couldn't hear her because of the mask she had on and I am NOT hard of hearing). She made the comment "I wish people could hear me with this stupid mask on"! Then proceeded to not bag my cantaloupe and honeydew but over-packed the other 2 bags I had. I would rather pay a bit more and have better service and just go to Giant Eagle or Save a lot. Sad that Titusville Walmart is going downhill, fast!

As I set the bottle of wine on the counter she said, "NOPE. Can't do that here. I can help who's next!" Granted the register for alcohol sales was the next one over but she didn't even bother telling me that. I get it's not her rule and I used to work in a gas station so I get that it can be annoying having to explain things like that time and time again, but I've never felt a need to yell "nope" at a customer and call out for the next person to come up. Pretty obnoxious. The store had kind of an annoying setup and it seemed there were tons of customers clustered at the food pickup waiting for a long time. Not the best Sheetz I've been to. :/

USING THE SHEETZ APP IS MANDATORY AT THIS LOCATION!!!!…read more The service is ridiculously slow, so yes use the app to order ahead, although that might not always save you a wait! No matter what you are ordering, a sub or a hotdog you are going to be waiting over 10 minutes (if it is just you) for a dang hot dog and a lot longer if there are a few people ahead of you. If you do want to eat here, USE THE APP! The food, usually isn't bad, but boy when they screw it up, they really screw it up. Im talking broken burritos, or cold in the middle, lack of tots on said burrito or lukewarm hot dogs. Is it too much to ask for a "hot" hotdog? Don't trust what you see on the shelf as the price that you will pay at the register. They had a buy one get one on Pierre water and I got to the register, turns out it wasn't right and staff would not honor the special. Staff is loud, slow and obnoxious. There is also a few of them that chew gum when making food, a health code violation. The turnover at this location is high, for you always see new faces and very few regular ones, and they don't stay regular for long. I normally love Sheetz, but this location is seriously dropping the ball. I will not order food anymore from them and I no longer purchase fuel from them at this location. SHEETZ NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS STORE!!
