For several years, I have occasionally shopped in this store. The quality of clothing is decent, and the prices can be reasonable. As seen in my previous review, I bought a high-quality fall coat here for a low price, and the employees courteously served me. Most recently, I felt most interested in this store's polo shirts for my husband. The store was having a 50%-off sale, so I felt happy with the prices. I also liked the women's tees that cost only $13 each. I, however, ended up buying only two six-pair packs of socks. Both an employee and a sign told me that the socks were BOGO. I stood at the checkout counter for several minutes. An employee folded shirts and did not even say hello to me. I told her that I was ready to check out, and she replied that she was new. Another employee eventually came and rang up my purchase as regular rather than sale price. I mentioned the sale to him. He had to get a third employee to correct the price in the cash register.

I've never felt claustrophobic here - only mentioning that since other outlets here can get pretty congested and hard to navigate through. Salespeople are pleasant and willing to help, and are never pushy/annoying. Huge plus! The store has a pretty good location too, at the end of one of the central rows. I'll continue to be a regular here for the foreseeable future.

It is right next to other shops like a hardware store and Burger King. There is a lot of parking within the area. Usually I go down to the Dollar General for grocery items and although the items may not literally be a dollar, they are generally cheap but good in nature. Most of the time they have some sales on certain things. Although they mostly have food and snack items, they also have other stuff like clothing, house items, and other miscellaneous things. The staff and customer service is pretty good. They also have a Dollar Tree within Western Pennsylvania but I think Dollar General is a little better on the food side of things.

The employee made friendly conversation while I looked around. I chose the Snickers fudge and the pecan clusters. Their prices were OK. I rate the taste of each as 4 stars. According to the business's website, fundraisers are available.

Compared to the other bookstore that popped up in the outlet, this one was much less organized. This looked, to me at least, like a flea market stall. Books were haphazardly put on the shelves and as far as I could tell, not a conventional order system. Browsing here was a hard task to do and almost not a task anyone should attempt. A lot of the books looked secondhand. Which I am not made about, but it seriously limited what was on hand and how they checked their inventory. This is still a welcomed addition, but still do not know if this is a seasonal thing or a permanent storefront.

I think that the prices are low to moderate, and I do some decent shopping here. The restaurants are casual and sell foods such as pretzels, chocolates, donuts, and sandwiches. The parking lot has an adequate number of spaces and is free.
