They utilize something called Shop by Shopify, which I had never heard of. Why do I call it an ILLEGAL SCAM? Because AFTER you place your order, you are informed that your data has been saved by Shopify. Not BEFORE, never with your permission, and never with your consent. I wrote both InkPixi and Shopify, complaining about this blatant invasion of my privacy. Both replies said that to avoid this, I should check out as guest, as only account holders have information saved. A blatant LIE! I did check out as a guest, I do NOT have an account with InkPixi! InkPixi's response did include a link to have my data removed, but that will take about 30-days, when it should have never been saved in the first place. Again, this is NOT a review of the products of InkPixi, which are of excellent quality. This is a review of what I consider to be an ILLEGAL SCAM of a business practice.

I find the employees to be rude, curt, & have even heard them mocking me behind the counter as I walk away!!! Unbelievable? Believe it. Also, the drive-thru takes incredibly long- you might as well go inside. I just always get the impression that the employees have forgotten who pay their salary, which are the customers who patronize the store. Perhaps they should do a customer service review/class for their employees. Another crazy thing: they advertise that they have a fax service, but at least 2ce in the last 2 months I've had sensitive documents faxed there to my attention & when I went to pick them up, they said they were not there (despite the confirmation from the sender). They bluntly said, "We probably threw them away." Wha?? Support your local "mom & pop" enterprises, but be ready for some bumps in the road here.

We bought a mattress as a gift and when the mattress did not fit in the home of who it was bought for they not only refused to return it but lecture us on how adults do not return things once they buy them. At no point during the sale or on the receipt were we made aware that we could not return the mattress if it did not work nor was it on the receipt anywhere. They are rude and deceptive. We will not be going back and would not recommend them to anyone.

But I really did want this, as they are fairly rare to come across in person. I would have been willing to pay $50 a box, but the employee told me there was absolutely no wiggle room. When I told him the value of these is always less than $40, i was told that "Yeah but when they came out they were going for more" Product will always go up and down, these guys have no problem when it goes up. But if it goes down, they wont change their sticker price and are unwilling to accommodate. They would rather (maybe eventually) scam their own customers.
