This review is NOT based on quality of products or fast delivery, those both deserve 5-stars Plus. After having placed an order a few months ago, I again placed another order and encountered what i consider to be an ILLEGAL SCAM. They utilize something called Shop by Shopify, which I had never heard of. Why do I call it an ILLEGAL SCAM? Because AFTER you place your order, you are informed that your data has been saved by Shopify. Not BEFORE, never with your permission, and never with your consent. I wrote both InkPixi and Shopify, complaining about this blatant invasion of my privacy. Both replies said that to avoid this, I should check out as guest, as only account holders have information saved. A blatant LIE! I did check out as a guest, I do NOT have an account with InkPixi! InkPixi's response did include a link to have my data removed, but that will take about 30-days, when it should have never been saved in the first place. Again, this is NOT a review of the products of InkPixi, which are of excellent quality. This is a review of what I consider to be an ILLEGAL SCAM of a business practice. read more

We have ordered items on several different occassions. All our orders were on time, as advertised, fit well and were of good quality. The price seemed high at first, but my husband still has sweatshirts for over 6 years now with countless washings. And he is not gentle on his clothing, to say the least. The print is still fully intact on all the sweatshirts, jackets and t shirts. We have several different designs. read more

Love these shirts. I have several colors and love wearing them. They send a message to all around you. I have had complete strangers stop me and ask where I got them. Of course I send them to your website. Ty for making such great quality shirts. read more

Inkpixi is the personalized gift company for value and price. Every thing I have ever ordered has been great and the recipients always rave about the gifts. I've purchased T-shirts, polo shirts, glass sets, cutting boards and kitchen wear! And much more. The items are worth the wait, so order your next gift early, you won't be disappointed. I've never had any issues all items have been correct! read more

I have ordered from them several times now. I have ordered T shirts, polos, and a baseball cap. Every order has exceeded my expectations. Good quality shirts and cap, and beautifully done graphics. Absolutely recommend for special gifts, particularly for those "hard to buy for" recipients. Venturing into glassware for the next order, but am confident it will be perfect as well. Prices are very fair and the company does not tack on inflated shipping. So happy to have found this company! read more

Placed an order for over $200 and requested information regarding a military discount. Received an email that they do not offer a veteran discount. Disappointing to say the least that they already do not offer it but more so that they chose not to extend one to me. I requested to cancel my order due to no discount, and it took 5 emails to get that done. I try to only do business with companies that support veterans. I will honestly say that this is the ONLY time I have run into this and its extremely troublesome as I was excited to place the order as they would be great gifts. If they still want my business, all they need to do is work with me and I will gladly replace my order. Seems like this company is stepping over dollars to pick up the dimes..not a sustainable business path. In search of a replacement company now and I hope this company learns a little something here. read more

Very pleased with my shirt! Delivery was speedy quick! Ordered on a Tuesday and received it the following Thursday. A "small" truly is a "small"....Wish I would've went a size bigger just thinking it may shrink when I wash it ...sigh. Overall I highly recommend and will buy from ink pixi again! read more

You know that amazing feeling when things in life just fall into place, and stress and worry aren't an issue because everything is happening the right way?! That's what ordering a last minute gift for my boss at a new job after hearing that he and he wife will be taking the staff to a holiday luncheon next week. I've only been with their firm a couple of weeks but I really like my boss and I wanted to bring something thoughtful with me, since it was hinted that they give their employees something, in addition to taking us out. The subtle hint that he likes IPAs and she likes sauvingnon blanc was enough to get me thinking and exploring online on a Wednesday night around 11:45 p.m. InkPixi popped up and I saw exactly what I wanted to order, with a message saying if I ordered by 11:59 p.m., it would ship by... omg! I had no time!! Stressed all of a sudden, I placed an order for two personalized stemless wine glasses, one with an IPA theme and one with a wine theme; both with their last name. Literally at 11:59 p.m. my order was confirmed. I paid extra for the express shipping, and it estimated a few business days. Would that be enough time? Did I just waste money to ship something that wouldn't arrive in time? I explored the site a little longer just for fun, and then saw they have pint glasses for the same price, so I sheepishly wrote a quick email in reply to my confirmation, not even checking to see if it was an auto-generated message, and asked to switch his wine glass to the pint one, keeping the same design, and to bill me for any additional charges associated. By the time I woke up Thursday morning I had a reply saying they had made the change, but couldn't guarantee a delivery date. Understandable, especially during the holiday season. But, loandbehold, not even 50 hours later I checked the order status, and my order is scheduled to be delivered here in CA, from PA(!!) sometime today. I would have been stoked to see an expected Monday delivery but this is unreal. The turn-around is so freaking fast! Now I just need to grab a Stone EnjoyBy and a bottle of Kim Crawford to go with the glasses, and a bottle of something bubbly for me to enjoy this weekend while I get to relax without the worry of showing up to the party empty-handed. read more

My wife and I are very blessed. We get what we need when we need it (within reason) but not too much for each other anymore, the house is full. We joke, " if you bring something new into the house you gotta take something to the Salvation Army". But I saw these wonderful glasses, personalized, and just had to get them for us. She will take 8 old ones to the army next week, she loved them. I got her the hoody for fun. She, and you'll see, Doodles love it also. read more

Do NOT trust the size on the tags!! Try on before you remove tags, or you'll be out your money too. Ordered four t-shirts (two men's xxl and two women's xxl). The two men's t-shirts. 1) last name Garage 2) last name Fishing are nice. Fit as expected. Printing is nice. The two women's t-shirts BOTH are xxl. 1)The garage t-shirt fits as expected. The print is nice. 2) The Fishing t-shirt is more like a medium!!!! Could not pull it over my head! Of course cannot return it because I washed it. It's a t-shirt!! I know what size I wear. Didn't know I have to try on everything I buy. I will NOT order from this company again. If you do, just be cautious about the size. And, try on. Wish I had. (but, it's a t-shirt!!) read more

Everyone makes mistakes. Owning up to them is important. I ordered 2 shirts, one for my son-in-law and one for my grandson. For whatever reason a space was left between two letters on each of the shirts. This resulted in a misspelling on the part of InkPixi. I called, they immediately acknowledged their mistake. Shirts with corrected spelling are being sent. I'm a repeat customer and do appreciate the quick correction. Everyone makes mistakes. read more

I should have read the reviews before I ordered from them. They got me with a paper mail advertisement, which is rare, so I assumed it was an American mom and pop outfit and wanted to give them some business and now that I am reading the reviews you can tell it is just a mess of a business. The customer service is unacceptable. They ignored my emails to speed up shipping since THEIR production was running behind. I was happy to pay for faster shipping but when I asked day after day, all 5 of my emails were ignored. The products are fine, but being ignored when I was willing to pay for faster shipping is a fail on their part. They lost me as a future customer and I will not recommend. read more

I ordered a bunch of t-shirts for Christmas. When I received them, I realized that I had forgotten to order two shirts. So I called the 800 number, and the lady on the phone told me she could not help me. There's nothing that I could do to make sure that these two shirts arrived before Christmas. I would have paid good money for the shirts. But being told that you can't/won't help doesn't bode well for future orders. So I won't be ordering from here again. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I ordered sweat shirts for several family members for Christmas and they turned out perfectly! I've bought from them several times, never a disappointment! read more

ordered a framed, personalized wall art but discovered on arrival the colors are not as distinctive in reality as they appear to be on the promotional postcard I received. I paid $50 incl shipping and the family name is not very visible because it is a very light yellow on a beige background. I can return it but would have to pay return shipping and I've already invested too much in this so I'll try to darken the name letters myself. When I contacted Customer Service their response included the following: "There will always be variations in the way the image appears on the postcard vs. the image that you see on the website vs. the image in real life. Ink printed on paper vs. the image that appears on the website will be different from one another and this is normal. There will also be a variation when ink is printed on fabric or wood." Caveat Emptor! read more

Received their mailing, loved the idea, purchased - and never got the items I paid for. I do understand and appreciate that mistakes happen - but I have filled out their web form, written to their email-address - no response at all. Sorry, this is totally unacceptable. read more

Purchased two shirts and a hat for my Dad and Stepmom for Christmas. The shirts were both XL which looked kind of small to be an XL, the material also seems cheap for the price. I'm sure they will love their gift however I doubt I will be ordering again. read more

I have ordered multiple times from inkpixi. The quality of their products have been great. So I've been very satisfied with that. However, I have ordered caps more than once and each time they have arrived, they have been jammed into the shipping bag along with the shirts or hooded sweatshirts. Unfortunately, the cap is basically destroyed, shapeless and given a look like it was run over by a truck. I guess next time I will request the hats to be shipped separately in a box. Other than that, I'm satisfied. Will order more personalized items in the future. read more

This company ALWAYS amazes me with the quality of their products, fast and efficient service, WELL DONE !!

I ordered some shirts at Christmas for my son his wife and my granddaughter. They turned out great. I decided to also order a shirt for my husband for his birthday that resembles the Jack Daniels logo. Of course he loved it. We visit friends in Wisconsin and I decided to order hats and pillsner glasses for them as a. Thank you for inviting us to their lake house. I am thrilled with the way they look and I will be ordering more items for myself. read more

If I could give negative I would. I was explaining to the customer service person a problem I was having with the printing and was never talked to in such an arrogant , self righteous person in my life. It was like she was the queen and I was a peasant soooo I said ok, Ill be sending my order back for refund of coats, hoodies, sweatshirts, workshirts, and tishirts over a tshirt that was suppose to be printed on the front and got it on the back and she said good. Never again. Go elsewhere! read more

They promised delivery by December 12th. Then I got a msg saying they were sorry, but the delivery might be later- even later than Christmas and please understand and blah blah blah. They KNEW it is the holidays. They KNEW that the delivery systems in the country were a mess. Felt like it was bait and switch. Anyway - thinking we would not have the items in time for Christmas, a different gift was ordered elsewhere. And then - we got the InkPixi shirts more than a week before Christmas. Horrible planning - horrible communication. And the product was not really that great. read more

I have ordered numerous times over the years. I've purchased personalized tee-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, glassware etc. Every experience has been great! I recently ordered a personalized shirt that needed to be a size larger. I called customer service to see if it could be exchanged. They said yes! After returning the original purchase they sent out another - personalized and one size larger- and didn't even charge me for shipping. Impressive!! Thanks for being a company that cares about their customers! read more

Excellent, quality product. Fabulous choices, colors, designs. Prompt response, immediate delivery. Love this very reputable company.

I thought customer service was good and the printing was good, however the quality of the actual hoodie was no better than what I could get at Walgreens for $9.99 which is unfortunate. For $50 I expected much better actual garment quality. I can't in good concious recommend. read more

Very easy company to order from and the selection is great. Fast and reasonable shipping.

Terrible customer service, they lost my order and wouldn't refund me or send a new item out until they did an "investigation". The order was a gift, but they insisted on calling the gift recipient. I don't know how they'll stay afloat with this kind of terrible customer service. She wasn't even nice to me when she explained the policy, it was like I did something wrong or I was trying to get them to send another shirt out. The same shirt, why would I do that? Very unsatisfied. read more
