When I entered this store, an employee immediately greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. As I walked around, I felt surprised to see jerseys, t-shirts, hats, wall signs, memorabilia, and more for a large variety of NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, and NCAA teams. Yes, this store had merchandise for the Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates (and I found some things that would look great in my family members' man caves) but also for teams in other cities in states such as Ohio, New York, Louisiana, and Massachusetts. I am not sure that many customers are fans of those non-local sports teams, but I assume that the store knows their market.

The Owner and Mgmt of The Niles location are absolutely horrible to deal with. A low level, low character mgr name Lisa, doesnt really even belong in retail. The store mgr Heather isnt much better, tho atleast she tried at points. I believe the merchandise to not be of the same quality as other retailers as well. Ive recently give these locations up as a viable place to shop. The mgmt said I was banned from the store for giving them my opinion of how they handled thier business. Thats comical to me, cause they think it hurts me that I cant shop where they wont stock merchandise the size or quality that im looking for. Keep believing that. I don't mean some Pittsburgh themed shirt that you can find on any shelf, but local shops that specialize in tees that are made just for their shop. I love finding a shirt that gets people talking and of course the compliments that come with them. One day recently when I had time to walk the streets of Oakland I made sure that I made a stop here. I knew of this place in only that it existed. I also knew that this place dealt with creating and producing designs if you are in need of that. But I was not here for that. I walked in and it is a rather small place for shopping, but that's not what this place is designed to do. They are basically here to serve you with your needs. There are two desks as you walk in that have people sitting at to help you through the process of designing you soon to be one of a kind shirt. Along with that there are a few wall racks and floor racks with shirts specifically designed for Pitt and Pittsburgh for purchase, that's what I was here for. I browsed the racks and had to make a tough decision. Their designs are great and I really wanted more than one but I was refraining because I know that I go overboard when it comes to tees. The pricing is the norm and quite honestly you are able to find a steal of a deal here. I walked out with a shirt that asks, "Yinz want fries on that?" How perfect is that for a Pittsburgh novelty shirt? Accurate.
