I love finding a shirt that gets people talking and of course the compliments that come with them. One day recently when I had time to walk the streets of Oakland I made sure that I made a stop here. I knew of this place in only that it existed. I also knew that this place dealt with creating and producing designs if you are in need of that. But I was not here for that. I walked in and it is a rather small place for shopping, but that's not what this place is designed to do. They are basically here to serve you with your needs. There are two desks as you walk in that have people sitting at to help you through the process of designing you soon to be one of a kind shirt. Along with that there are a few wall racks and floor racks with shirts specifically designed for Pitt and Pittsburgh for purchase, that's what I was here for. I browsed the racks and had to make a tough decision. Their designs are great and I really wanted more than one but I was refraining because I know that I go overboard when it comes to tees. The pricing is the norm and quite honestly you are able to find a steal of a deal here. I walked out with a shirt that asks, "Yinz want fries on that?" How perfect is that for a Pittsburgh novelty shirt? Accurate.

I needed shirts and hoodies for a company Christmas party. I, of coarse, forgot to order them…read morebefore thanksgiving so I knew I would be cutting it close with our Christmas party fast approaching. I sent several screen printing companies in the area a request for a quote of approximately what I needed. KSW not only got back to me the fastest, but they also gave me the most information, most professional quote, and were the most polite plus they had a great price. I was a big pain in the butt asking for 6 different quotes changing amounts and types and styles. Garrett was fantastic keeping all my information in order and trying his best to find me exactly what I wanted. After putzing around getting my boss to finalize a decision I signed my quote and off it went. 3 or 4 days later I realized that I had made a mistake and needed something different than the quote said and I called them about it. They were very understanding and were able to fix my order and still get it to me on time. The work is fantastic, I will always be getting my screen printing and embroidery with KSW. I have ordered again from them and plan to do so in the future.

Awful company with awful customer service…read more I ordered 4 shirts from their website, one simple image in the middle of a white shirt. I order 2 mediums, 1 large, and 1 XL for me and my friends. When I got the order, they did not scale up the image to reflect the shirt size. I contacted customer support immediately, and they told me that I need to re-order the shirts, and leave a note for them to upscale the image size to match the shirt size. I asked if this information/instruction was found anywhere on their website, and they told me it is not and it should just be assumed that I should have to do that. Excuse me? This is the first time I have ever ordered a custom shirt, so how am I supposed to know that a company that prints custom shirts all day every day needs special instructions to scale up an image to match the size of a shirt??? The customer service rep simply said "sorry" and offered me a whole 10% refund on my $120 order. Ridiculous. If you need a custom shirt made... avoid this place at all costs!!!

My husband noticed a cute crocheted Captain American figurine that was made by a local artist. Near it, I noticed a crocheted flower that was made by the same artist. The prices were moderate and reflected the artists' amount of skill and time. The employee in the store made some courteous conversation with us. She immediately and correctly rang up our purchase and sincerely thanked us. I recommend this store for people who want to buy a gift for a family member, friend, or themselves.

Instead this is a flea market type store with custom curated items, handmade gifts, things you'd find in Etsy, custom unique jams, pickles, jelly, pins, magnets, unique jewelry (think black cat earrings), vintage glassware, stickers galore (think everything from cute to Spencer's type humor), pop culture references in magnets, custom candles (in beer cans), smurfs glasses, and the list goes on. The prices are fair, I spent about 50$ on a jelly, pickles, 4 stickers (3$ a piece), and 2 vintage glasses (12$ a piece). The lady who checked us out was super kind, she wrapped our glassware appropriately with bubble wrap, she was engaged, and helpful in learning about the company.
