I had three pieces of art to frame and wanted them to stand out to a viewer. Two are finished and ready to hang. They're wonderful, and I can't wait to show them off again since they've been in hiding for a while. Rhonda was the right choice for my framing needs. She's quite personable and helpful and insightful in offering selections for matting and frames. Her work is without fault plus timely. Professional framing is not cheap. I've only had a couple things framed, but I thought her pricing was fair. I'm already planning more work for her.

I brought in a wide variety of different pieces to have framed, some for my teenager's room and some that were photos I took. Mark did an amazing job of adapting to the needs and purpose of each piece. He has a huge variety of frames and mats, but most importantly, an eye for what will really bring out the best in a piece. He is an artist at his craft, and a storyteller! It was so nice to deal with a family-owned business and see his pride in his family history captured on the walls of his shop. We have found our picture framing master! As a side note, his turnaround times are remarkably short compared to what I would have expected. One piece with a custom-ordered frame will take about a month but the rest are only a couple weeks' wait. Will update when I pick them up!

What kind of comment is that? OF COURSE I want it redone. I could not believe that she did not notice the crookedness and/or was hoping that I wouldn't notice it. There was good 1/4-1/2 in. difference in mat showing on the two sides. This is not the way to win customers, and I will never go back. I might have given her a second chance, if it weren't for the attitude. Guess she has enough customers without me...Hope they are treated better.

I noticed a few things about their in-store selection: Chairs - recliner chairs, reading chairs, kitchen chairs, sofa chairs, office chairs, chair chairs (their selection is endless.) Rugs - probably a good 1/3 of their second floor is covered in rolled up rugs just waiting to be unrolled, admired, and stepped on! Tables, lamps, paintings, office furnishing, lots of artwork tastefully displayed throughout. I had the opportunity to come in right before their closing, and a store representative was kind enough to offer any assistance although I mentioned I was only browsing. Later, after a brief conversation about my interest in home furnishing, she enthusiastically and generously offered me around 8-10 catalogs of their selections so I could learn more about their selections, and she topped it off with a complimentary Weisshouse chocolate candy bar (which was so delicious!). One of their designers was also working in the back, and he kindly introduced himself to me and taught me a little bit about where/how they go about finding and selecting their furnishings for display. Overall, I had an overwhelmingly positive experience just browsing their store and learned a great deal from them about home furnishing!
