I get it you get paid by the hour but have some respect for other peoples time and maybe have a little sense of urgency to get your ridiculous line moving. I called they told me it was due to late fees so I looked at my bill and there was only $7.10 in late fees and an "invoice adjustment" of $87.21. I don't know who comes up with the late fees, but $94.31 is robbery. You can also quit trying to contact me to work for you. It wasn't solved until they sent a technician to my home only to discover the solution could have been solved by a customer service person and did no require a visit by a tech person. I will switch internet provider as soon as I can find an alternate. I would not recommend Kenetic by Windstream to anyone.
