After she walked away I waited for another 10 minutes and she still hadn't retuned and I had just had enough. Totally wasting my time with no regard for peoples time. I get it you get paid by the hour but have some respect for other peoples time and maybe have a little sense of urgency to get your ridiculous line moving. So, in my unlimited plan I ran out of plan? If it is unlimitted. Besides, P.R. is where mostvof my family is. I would not have chosen it. So, I went over the 'unlimited' agreement by $1.50. So, the smart set up intead of charging me that it automatically send me to the next full billing cycle. Instead of charging me thr $1.50 they decide to charge $65.
