Customer service is primarily handled by their chatbot, and when you eventually get to a live agent, they really can't do much other than a line check or reprovisioning your service; they have no real-time availability for service techs. Also there website is out of date as far as service availability; for instance, their website says I can only get 6 mb service to my house, when in actuality I get 50 mb bonded pair service. Another example of a poorly managed company, mykinetic account said i was eligible for fiber to my home, placed order, waited two weeks for tech to show up just so he can tell me no fiber available yet and he could't work on my dsl issue would need to put another ticket in, even though the customer support person wouldn't send a tech out the day prior because i was getting fiber the next day which shouldn't have even come into the conversation because I am still paying them for service i am not getting.

Service rep finishes up a customer after laughing and chatting about non spectrum related things and then just walks away. After she walked away I waited for another 10 minutes and she still hadn't retuned and I had just had enough. Totally wasting my time with no regard for peoples time. I get it you get paid by the hour but have some respect for other peoples time and maybe have a little sense of urgency to get your ridiculous line moving. Worst customer service I have ever experienced to the point I felt obligated to leave a review (something I never do)
