Then I look and I had $179 bill for 1 month of service. I called they told me it was due to late fees so I looked at my bill and there was only $7.10 in late fees and an "invoice adjustment" of $87.21. I don't know who comes up with the late fees, but $94.31 is robbery. You can also quit trying to contact me to work for you. There isn't enough commission in the world to get me to scam people the way your company is.

It wasn't solved until they sent a technician to my home only to discover the solution could have been solved by a customer service person and did no require a visit by a tech person. I will switch internet provider as soon as I can find an alternate. I would not recommend Kenetic by Windstream to anyone.
