When the container was full, I called for the pickup and was told that it would be sometime, couldn't say when. The ensuing pickup of the large trash container was a such a disaster that I'm writing this review to warn future customers. Pickup equals no phone call that a large truck will be arriving on your property with a different driver with no regard for your property, didn't even have my phone number to let me know he was coming. The truck got stuck, the irrate business owner arrived and tried to blame me that he had to send a bulldozer to drag the container onto the truck and then drag the truck with the refuse container on it out of my property. The extensive ruts left behind are a foot deep in a 30 to 40 square foot area of my yard. The owner suggested that I pay him to fix the ruts. He blamed the time of year, he blamed the first driver for the position of the container, he was non-apologetic for the destruction of my property. He certainly is someone who doesn't believe in courtesy or customer satisfaction. I do not recommend Storer's Container Service.

Came out because our A/C stopped working. They identified the problem as a broken fan motor. They…read morecharged $140 for the diagnostic visit (which I was not informed about ahead of time). They quoted me $7000+ for a new A/C. When I asked for a quote to just replace they fan motor, they said they would get back to me. It seemed crazy to replace the whole A/C when there was nothing wrong with the coolant line or compression. Didn't hear anything so reached out a week later. They said they couldn't get the part. That my A/C mount was different and requited a special size. Bullshit. I went to S-S Electrical (on Seneca St), bought an A/C fan motor with the same specs as my old one, and changed it out myself for $200. Problem solved.

It actually raised the temperature in my house. So I call the company that afternoon, which claims to have 24 hour service, and they offered to schedule an appointment for the following week. You have to literally argue with them to get service. Eventually someone came and after several hours later got the system working. Seems after installation, no one tested the system to see if it actually worked. Now for the ultimate insult, after the thousands of dollars I spent and the numerous frustrations I've had with them, they had someone deliver to my house a coffer cup with candy and a ball point pen stuck in it. That sure made me feel better. My advice to you, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.........EVER.
